Posted on Fri Jul 17, 2009 08:00 AM PDT

Motownmemorial200.jpgLOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Hundreds of stuffed toys, flowers, letters and cards that were left by fans outside the Motown Museum following Michael Jackson's death will be buried in two special plots donated by a local cemetery.

Several hearses are expected to collect the items and then take them to Woodlawn Cemetery in Detroit. A brief service is expected to be held before the internment.

Jackson, who died on June 25th, first rose to stardom as a singer with Motown Records in the late 1960s with his brothers in the group the Jackson 5.

It's not known if any family members will attend the service.
