Please, Kate would never give Jon control of her money. There is no way they had a shared account! She wouldn't let him speak on camera during their interviews much less trust him with money.

Sounds like a bunch of really jealous, bitter people posting on here! Jon has turned into a money spending womanizer whereas it's up to Kate to keep the bills paid and the children cared for. He has certainly never put into the marriage a fraction of what Kate has. It's been up to her to support the entire family plus handling the business end. He is such a child! I admire Kate tremendously.

In none of the interviews has Jon mentioned how he will support his ex-wife and children. Has he heard of the words alimony, child support? Oh wait, next he will say Kate earned more money, she should pay him. If that happens, she gets to say what the children can and can't do, he has no voice in the matter. I love watching this show. However,I have no repect for jon who broke his scared vows to God, to his wife and to his friends and family. Now he's taking the money? I know how it feels to have a father break up a family. Kate should hold her head up and not to fear or worry about things. She's lucky to have those eight adorable children, and I have a feeeling that there will be show about her surviving without out the bum.

Both of them just need to stop it and grow up. What would they have done if they didn't ever have a show. I am pretty sure they would have come together as a family and found a way to provide for their children. Instead now, they are publicly bickering and actng younger than their sextuplets.

My ex left me and my 3 children penniless too. It is a terrifying experience to not know how to feed your kids. I think Kate is stepping up to the plate for her children. They would have really struggled and probably been on welfare by now if not for TLC. Then everyone would be griping that they are mooching off the government. I love watching those darling kids and how they enjoy themselves at those events. They could not have such a good life w/o the cameras. They both didn't have the income to support eight children in the first place. They relied on exploitation to support the children. Exploitation only goes so far and then the money stops. Jon and kate have no back up plan only exploitation. Scale down and face reality of your responsibility and earn your income like everyone else does in order to support your family. Move down south and buy a ranch and be a farmer.
