LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Jennifer Aniston and Gerard Butler played with the cameras backstage at the Golden Globes last night, giving photographers sexy poses, including Aniston showing lots of leg in her slinky black gown with a thigh-high cut.
The two were rumored to have dated during the filming of The Bounty over the summer. Both actors' camps denied reports of a fling and Butler told a reporter once that the rumors were "annoying" and "ridiculous."
Yet the two seem to enjoy perpetuating the "gossip." Aniston's ex, Brad Pitt, and his new woman, Angelina Jolie, made it a point not to attend the awards ceremony last night after last year's famous run-in which found Aniston nervously presenting an award on stage right in front of Pitt and Jolie.
Was Aniston posing with Butler so provocatively a revenge photo? Tongues are wagging but sources tell X17, Butler and Aniston are really a no-go.
- "Those two like to pretend they're together, just to tease the public. It looks good for them to be a couple -- they're both sexy and both notoriously single. But they're definitely not seeing each other. Jen's at her house alone every night and Gerard's nowhere in sight."

Nobody knows what is going on in her life and the media is quessing and quessing but they can't figure it out so they make things up.
