LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - After leaving an LA hospital Monday, Brooke Mueller checked herself into a rehab clinic in North Carolina.

ET reports that Mueller, who's still recovering from a bout with pneumonia, most likely travelled by train to the drug and alcohol center (since doctors advised her not to fly.)

Her attorney Yale Galanter says she's doing ok, but is concerned about her health.

Mueller is scheduled to appear in court with Charlie Sheen in Aspen on February 8th. No word if this latest development will force the hearing to be postponed yet again.
