LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA (X17online) - Gabourey Sidibe is ready to show off her comedic side when she hosts Saturday Night Live on April 24.

The actress made her film debut in the 2009 Academy Award-winning movie, Precious which earned her a Best Actress nomination for both the Oscars and the Golden Globes.

Just last month, Howard Stern blasted Sidibe over the airwaves calling her "the most enormous, black chick I've ever seen." The shock jock when on to say, "Everyone's pretending she's a part of show business and she's never going to be in another movie. She should have gotten the Best Actress award because she's never going to have another shot. What movie is she gonna be in?"

No word on whether or not this Stern conversation will be addressed in an SNL skit. Sidibe will next appear in the Showtime series, The Big C, opposite Laura Linney.
