SANTA BARBARA, California (X17online) - Randy Quaid and his wife, Evi have been arrested on outstanding warrants stemming from an incident last year in which they allegedly defrauded a Santa Barbara inn.
The Quaids showed up at the Santa Barbara criminal courthouse to face their charges, however because they were two weeks late, the judge had them arrested. The owners of the inn claim they were defrauded at least $10,000.
The couple was being held on $100,000 bail. A few hours after their arrest, they posted the money and were released. Both Randy and Evi are expected back in court tomorrow.
