LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Robert O'Ryan, the man accused of stalking Olympic gold medalist Shawn Johnson, has been sentenced to five years in a state mental institution, according to CNS.
O'Ryan, 36, was found guilty back in June of felony stalking and burglary charges. He was also charged with two misdemeanor concealed weapons violations.
Johnson, 18, re-entered the spotlight when she appeared on Dancing with the Stars.
