LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Patricia Arquette has filed for divorce from Hung actor Thomas Jane.
Arquette, star of Medium, cites irreconcilable differences as the reason for their split.
This is the second time that the two have announced they were calling off their marriage. The first divorce filing took place in July 2009.
The couple have been married since May 2006. Emmy Award-winning Arquette is seeking legal and physical custody of their 7-year-old daughter.
