LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - A new reality show, called Bridalplasty, will give soon-to-be brides the chance to win a plastic surgery procedure of her choice for the big day.

E! Entertainment released the following statement, as to how grooms on the show might react:

"Viewers will witness his emotional and possibly shocked reaction as they stand at the altar and he lifts her veil to see her for the first time following her extreme plastic surgery."

The reailty show, which says it's offering women the chance to be the "perfect bride" through breast implants and lipo, is being executive produced by Giuliana Rancic and will be hosted by Shanna Moakler. Celebrity surgeon Terry Dubrow will perform the surgeries.
