NEW YORK, New York (X17online) - New York Jets quarterback Brett Favre was fined $50,000 after he was accused in October of sending graphic photos and sexy text messages to a female hostess working as a Jets employee in 2008.
While Favre's lawyer argued there was not enough evidence to prove he sent the photos to the employee, her lawyers argued "To the contrary, our evidence and the personal testimony of Ms. Sterger clearly showed a pattern of lewd and offensive behavior by Mr. Favre that lasted all of the 2008 season."
According to the Times, the $50,000 fine for Favre is less than 1 percent of his $16 million salary this season.
