NEW YORK, New York (X17online) - Katie Holmes has reportedly been offered the starring role in a Broadway revival of William Mastrosimone's edgy drama Extremities.
The controversial play focuses on a woman (Holmes) who turns the tables on her rapist. With the help of her roommates, she struggles to decide what to do with him. Chloe Sevigny has reportedly been offered a role as one of the roommates.
Extremities is expected to run during the 2011-2012 season.
Holmes is currently shooting the comedy Jack and Jill, co-starring Adam Sandler as both Jack and Jill, with Dana Carvey and Al Pachino.
