LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - The judge in the Howard K. Stern drug conspiracy trial involving Anna Nicole Smith just made Stern a free and innocent man when the judge threw out the jury's verdict, ruling it baseless.
Stern was charged with conspiring to fuel Anna Nicole Smith's drug habit and was found guilty of 2 counts of conspiracy, but not guilty on 7 other charges.
The judge also ruled psychiatrist Khristine Eroshevich was actually acting out of concern for Smith and sentenced her to just one year of probation and a $100 fine for obtaining a Vicodin prescription under a false name.

I am glad they threw out that verdict you could tell howard stern loved anna, she was no victim, howard stern was never good enough for anna as a lover, just a stooge to do her bidding!
