LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Vivica A. Fox has just gotten engaged to boyfriend Atlanta club promoter Omar "Slim" White, 27, during the holidays.

White proposed to the 46-year-old Kill Bill star on Dec. 26 with an 8-karat ring while the two were staying at the Ritz Carlton in South Beach, according to reports.

Fox and White have been in a relationship for just over a year. The couple spent New Year's Eve with Dwyane Wade, Gabrielle Union and Sanaa Lathan at a bash hosted by Chris Bosh.

This will be Fox's second marriage.
