LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Jamie Pressly pleaded not guilty in a Santa Monica, California courtroom Friday to two misdemeanor DUI charges. Pressly's lawyer appeared on her behalf.
The My Name is Earl star was arrested January 6 after she blew a .22 blood alcohol level, which is nearly three times the legal limit, according to Santa Monica Deputy City Attorney Melanie Skehar.
The arrest came just nine days before the actress filed for divorce from hubby entertainment lawyer Simran Singh, after just 15 months of marriage.
The actress's next hearing is set for March 18.
