James Cameron Leases Office Space To Begin Production On Avatar Sequel

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - James Cameron, along with 20th Century Fox, have signed a lease for an office space in Manhattan Beach in order to begin production on the sequels for Avatar.
The office space, located at MBS Media Campus, will be used for motion capture photography. The property, located at 1600 Rosecrans Avenue, is 580,000 square feet and has 15 soundstages.
Cameraon is reportedly considering the office space as a permanent location for his production company, Lightstorm.
Avatar 2 is expected to hit theaters in December 2014 and part 3 at the same time in 2015.
