Travolta200.jpgLOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Pulp Fiction co-stars John Travolta and Uma Thurman are in talks to reunite for Oliver Stone's new movie, Deadline reports.

Travolta and Thurman's scenes in 1994's Pulp Fiction have become iconic. Stone's new film Savages, is based on the best-selling novel of the same name. Travolta's role would be a far cry from his Pulp Fiction character; he'll play a DEA agent.

Blake Lively is also in talks to join the cast, which already includes Salma Hayek, Benicio del Toro and Friday Night Lights' Taylor Kitsch.

Savages is the story of two marijuana growers and their female friend, O. Their pot is so good that the Mexican cartel tries to hire them, and when the friends refuse, the cartel kidnaps O. Lively would be playing O, with Thurman starring as her mother. Production begins in July.

Up next for Travolta is Gotti: Three Generations with Joe Pesci and Lindsay Lohan.

Thurman reportedly has several projects in the works, including Kill Bill: Vol. 3 with Pulp Fiction director Quentin Tarantino.
