NEW YORK, New York (X17online) - Katie Couric's CBS contract is coming to an end, and this morning, the 54-year-old anchor sat down on the Today Show with her former colleague Matt Lauer to talk about her future.
When Lauer asked Couric about what she has in store, Couric replied:
- "I'm not sure. I'm really excited about my future. I love my job. I'm trying to figure out what I'm going to do."
Couric, who says she doesn't "have any regrets," spent 15 years as the co-anchor of NBC's Today. Rumors have been swirling that the CBS anchor will be starting her own daytime talk show, however Couric has not confirmed the news.

I was reading something else about this on another blog. Interesting. Your position on it is diametrically contradicted to what I read earlier. I am still contemplating over the opposite points of view, but I'm tipped heavily toward yours. And no matter, that's what is so great about modernized democracy and the marketplace of thoughts on-line.
