LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - The Marvel superhero, Thor, has become the most recent comic book adaptation to take control at the box office.
The God of Thunder managed to rake in $66 million this weekend in its release beating out Fast Five, which pulled in just under $33 million during its second weekend in theaters.
Thor had the second-biggest opening this year, while Fast Five set a brand-new record with $86 million.
