NEW YORK, New York (X17online) - The annual Webby award winners have been announced, and Justin Bieber is among them.

The awards recognize the best sites on the Internet. Bieber and Zach Galifianakis both won awards for their shorts on the site FunnyOrDie.com, which scored eight wins.

Lisa Kudrow also won for her web series.

Winners will be presented with their awards at a ceremony June 13 in New York. The Academy is made up of Web experts, including Internet co-inventor Vinton Cerf, Arianna Huffington and Twitter co-founder Biz Stone.
