Request Denied For Gag Order In Two and a Half Men Case

charliesheen200.jpgLOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - The arbitrator charged with the $100 million legal battle over the firing Charlie Sheen from Two and a Half Men has denied a request for a gag order in the case, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Though the trial between Sheen, Two and a Half Men co-creator Chuck Lorre, and Warner Bros. will be closed to the media and sensitive information will remain confidential, those implicated in the case will be permitted to freely discuss it.

At the request of Warner Bros., a Los Angeles Superior Court judge ruled in June that the Two and a Half Men proceedings would be held privately. Sheen, on the other hand, wanted the trial to go public.
