Al Pacino Honored At Venice Film Fest

AlPacino200.jpgVENICE, Italy (X17online) -- Al Pacino was presented with the Jaecar LeCoultre Glory to the FIlmmaker award at this year's Venice Film Festival.

The honor is for his entire career.

Pacino was on hand to promote his latest film, Wilde Salome, co-starring Jessica Chastain (The Tree of Life, The Help.)

The fest was overrun with stars, including George Clooney, Madonna, Gary Oldman, Colin Firth, Selma Blair, Kate Winslet, Evan Rachel Wood, Patti Smith (who performed), Steven Soderbergh, Matt Damon, Gwyneth Paltrow, James Franco, Keira Knightley, Viggo Mortensen, Bar Refaeli, Cindy Crawford, John C. Reilly, Christoph Waltz and Abbie Cornish.

This is the 68th annual fest.
