LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - American Idol producer Nigel Lythgoe has begun developing unscripted television projects under his new production company, Nigel Lythgoe Productions, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The company, a joint venture with American Idol’s 19 Entertainment, reportedly has projects lined up with Kim Kardashian, rocker Alice Cooper, Pussycat Dolls founder Robin Antin, and sex and relationship therapist Dr. Laura Berman.
Lythgoe is joined by former E! and Fox executive Kary McHoul as president and former BBC Worldwide executive George David Monas as VP of production.
