LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Lady Gaga will ring in the New Year with Ryan Seacrest, ABC announced Thursday.
The pop sensation will perform in Times Square for Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2012.
The television special will also feature Fergie as a West Coast correspondent, hosting the New Years celebration and musical performances from Los Angeles.
Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2012 will mark the 40th anniversary of Dick Clark’s first New Year's special.
