LOS ANGELES (X17online) - Nelson Mandela’s grandchildren will step into the spotlight in a new reality show, the family announced Thursday.
The show will follow the personal and professional lives of granddaughters Swati Dlamini, Zaziwe Dlamini-Manaway, and Dorothy Adjoa Amuah, who were raised in the United States but returned to South Africa to pursue their family business, Mandela Dlamini Associates.
"The show will be about our lives as young, black women ... We're not wearing 'I'm a Mandela' T-shirts," Dlamini told reporters in Johannesburg.
The series is expected to air in 2012.
