LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Scarface is coming back.
Universal Studios is in the early stages of developing a new Scarface movie, with Marc Shmuger and Martin Bregman – producer of 1983’s Scarface – on board as producers.
The film is being described as neither a sequel nor remake, but rather a reboot of the 1983 and 1932 Scarface films, which detailed the “gangster” experience of their respective time periods.
1983’s Scarface was nominated for three Golden Globes and has sold 10 million DVD copies since its release.
