LONDON, UK (X17online) - Lady Gaga has won an injunction to stop the release of a single by cartoon character Lady Goo Goo.

Created by British children’s website Moshi Monsters, Lady Goo Goo is a singing cartoon whose song lyrics include "my crazy outfits seem to shock” and "my stroller's pretty and my diapers are silk, I throw my toys out if I don't get my milk.”

Lady Gaga argued that the caricature would result in consumer confusion, and Moshi Monsters is now banned from "promoting, advertising, selling, distributing or otherwise making available to the public" the musical work of Lady Goo Goo.
