entouragehbo200.jpgNEW YORK, New York (X17online) - John Devenanzio of MTV’s The Real World Key West has filed a lawsuit against the producers of HBO’s Entourage for their use of his nickname, “Johnny Bananas.”

The lawsuit faults HBO, parent company Time Warner, and Entourage creator Doug Ellin for their "unwarranted, unauthorized, and unfavorable mention of plaintiff's name and personality, and allusions to plaintiff's physical and mental character."

The Real World star requests that the network be banned from distributing any Entourage episode containing the character “Johnny Bananas” and seeks compensatory and punitive damages.

Devenanzio is being represented by Stephanie Ovadia, who also represented Lindsay Lohan in her infamous E-Trade lawsuit.
