NEW YORK, New York (X17online) - Former Survivor winner Ethan Zohn is still battling cancer.

Zohn, 37, had suffered from Hodgkin's lymphoma until it went into remission two years ago, but discovered in September that the disease has returned.

"It's localized in my lung area," he shared with People Magazine. "But it's good that it's not all over my body.

Zohn has begun chemotherapy and is expected to undergo a stem-cell transplant in early 2012.
