LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Harper’s Bazaar has named Kate Middleton the best-dressed Brit.

Editor-At-Large Kim Hersov, editor Lucy Yeomans, milliner Philip Treacy, and designers Antonio Berardi and Roksanda Ilincic assembled Britain’s Best Dressed list, which also included Kate Moss, Keira Knightley, and Stella McCartney.
