LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Ricki Lake is returning to daytime.
Twentieth Television’s The Ricki Lake Show has been cleared in over 50% of the country, officially marking Lake’s return to daytime talk after a seven-year hiatus.
The show will cover “topics significant to women” including “parenting, weight loss, losing love and finding it again,” according to a statement from Twentieth Television.
"I have definitely grown as a person since I put down the mic in 2005, and I couldn't be happier to share and continue the journey with both my existing fans and an entirely new generation of women,” Lake said in her own statement.
The Ricki Lake Show will debut in September 2012 on Fox Television Stations and Tribune broadcasting stations in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago and Dallas.
