LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Dexter will kill for at least two more seasons.
Showtime has ordered seventh and eighth seasons of the critically acclaimed drama, which has averaged more than 5 million viewers per episode over this past season.
The news comes after reports of salary quarrels between the show's star Michael C. Hall and Showtime, but the conflict has apparently been resolved.
Production for the seventh season will begin in early 2012.
