LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Griffin O’Neal has a warrant out for his arrest after failing to show up to a court hearing in San Diego.
The 47-year-old son of Ryan O’Neal was to receive his sentence for two felony counts of driving under the influence and possessing a firearm, which stem from a head-on car accident in August 2011 that left another driver injured.
O’Neal’s lawyer Heather Boxeth says that her client did not appear in court because he is currently being treated at a residential rehabilitation center.
