Brooke Mueller Has A Criminal Past

brookemug200.jpg LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - While Brooke Mueller's mug shot is quite a few years old, it looks like she's giving Charlie Sheen a run for his money when it comes to scrapes with the law.

We may see Brooke as a happy mother of two engaged in a very public fight with her estranged husband, but she hasn't always been the one filing the police reports. When Brooke was living in Florida, she was arrested twice - for DUI and property damage in September of 1996 and then for cocaine possession, in March of 2001.

Charlie Sheen's Court Issues May Affect Men Taping

sheen200.jpgLOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Now that Charlie Sheen's case has been postponed until July, there may be some problems with the production schedule for Two and a Half Men. The hit CBS show is scheduled to start filming this summer.

The 44-year-old star was expected to plead guilty in an Aspen courtroom yesterday in exchange for a misdemeanor assault charge against wife, Brooke Mueller. He would also be given 30 days in jail with the ability to perform community service by coaching actors at a local Aspen theater. However, the chief prosecutor told the judge that more time is needed because both sides had not come to an agreement, and the hearing was rescheduled for July 12.

Sheen's attorney had this to say about the delay, "All parties in good faith put this deal together, but minor glitches developed."

If Sheen's charge isn't reduced to a misdemeanor, he could face up to three years behind bars.

X17 XCLUSIVE - Charlie Sheen to Theatre Aspen Director: Thanks For Trying

sheenpicsmile200.jpgLOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Charlie Sheen will not be doing his community service work at Theatre Aspen ... at least not yet.

Earlier this week, the Aspen, Colorado judge didn't accept the plea agreement presented by Sheen's attorney. Under the "Useful Public Service Program", Sheen's agreement would have allowed him to leave jail for up to 12 hours every day to work at the theater. As for why it fell through, we're told "undisclosed specific stipulations" caused the plan to temporarily derail.

Paige Price, Theatre Aspen's artistic director, tells X17online exclusively:

"It seemed like it was on the right track. I'm kind of surprised at the outcome, but stay tuned. Charlie was going to teach, but to what capacity wasn't worked out. Some of the professional actors were excited to learn some new techniques from him."

Price says that while in the courtroom, she and Sheen spoke briefly. She tells X17online, "He said thank you for trying to help." As for whether their policy of no smoking in the theater was the cause of the agreement to fall through, Price says, " I doubt it." However, she did add, "I imagine it didn't make him too happy."

The door is still not closed for Sheen to work with Theatre Aspen, according to Price. Sheen's next court date is set for July 12.

charliesheen230WM200.jpgLOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Charlie Sheen's $100 million lawsuit against Warner Bros. and Two and a Half Men executive producer, Chuck Lorre, was delayed by the judge Wednesday asking the attorneys to submit additional arguments before he can decide if Charlie's case will be held in private arbitration.

Request Denied For Gag Order In Two and a Half Men Case

charliesheen200.jpgLOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - The arbitrator charged with the $100 million legal battle over the firing Charlie Sheen from Two and a Half Men has denied a request for a gag order in the case, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Though the trial between Sheen, Two and a Half Men co-creator Chuck Lorre, and Warner Bros. will be closed to the media and sensitive information will remain confidential, those implicated in the case will be permitted to freely discuss it.

At the request of Warner Bros., a Los Angeles Superior Court judge ruled in June that the Two and a Half Men proceedings would be held privately. Sheen, on the other hand, wanted the trial to go public.

Charlie Sheen Served Cease & Desist By Warner Bros. For Using Two and a Half Men Photo To Promote New Show

csheenwarnerbros_200.jpgLOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Lawyers from Warner Bros. have sent a cease and desist letter to the actor for using a Two and a Half Men image to promote his upcoming FX show, Anger Management.

At least two shots were included in a promotional publication distributed by the network and production company Debmar-Mercury in January at the NATPE conference in January when Sheen and his team were pitching their show for domestic and international buyers, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

"That you are using Warner’s intellectual property for a commercial purpose – namely, to sell another show – is especially egregious,” studio lawyer Katherine Chilton wrote in the letter, a copy of which was obtained by The Hollywood Reporter. "Please immediately cease and desist from using these photographs or any other intellectual property belonging to Warner."

Statutory damages for copyright infringement are $150,000 per infraction and actual damages can be much higher.

FX, Debmar-Mercury and Sheen attorney Martin Singer declined to comment to THR.

Charlie Sheen's Anger Management Producer Sued For $50 Million

csheenEXCL121411_11_200.jpgLOS ANGELES, California (x17online) - Charlie Sheen's comeback show Anger Management is already getting into hot water before it even airs as producer Joe Roth is being sued for $50 million for breach of contract.

Jason Shuman and his Blue Star Entertainment company filed the suit against Roth and his Revolution Studios imprint, claiming he developed the adaption of the 2003 movie of the same name but didn't receive back-end ownership and credit on the FX show.

Shuman alleges that in 2008, Roth brought him aboard to develop several series including the upcoming sitcom but ultimately got shut out once Charlie Sheen signed on in 2011.

Shuman seeks $50 million in damages due to the loss of back-end ownership while Roth has since claimed that the lawsuit "has no merit."

Anger Management is set to premiere June 28 on FX.
