Cher Selling Malibu Mansion For $45 Million
LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Cher has put her Italian Renaissance-style Malibu mansion on the market for $45 million, according to The Wall Street Journal. The 14,000-square-foot, three-story house has six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a theater, a gym, multiple verandas, a tennis court, a pool and a guest house.
The singer has bought and sold several homes in the past few years; in 2006, she purchased a condo in Los Angeles and sold a waterfront estate in Key Biscayne, Florida, for $8.8 million. Since May of 2008 Cher has been performing at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.
