Danny Glover Arrested During Maryland Protest
GAITHERSBURG, Maryland (X17online) - Danny Glover was taken into custody while protesting against Maryland-based Sodexo, Inc, a food management giant.
Armed officers arrested the actor, along with ten other protesters, who were rallying against the companies business practices.
Glover was issued a citation then released.
The Lethal Weapon star is no stranger to protests. He has protested against the war in Iraq, and in 2004, he marched in front of the Sudan Embassy in Washington during a protest over Sudan's humanitarian crisis.
