LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Heather Locklear is seeking treatment for psychological issues at an Arizona facility, according to People.

Her publicist, Cece Yorke told the magazine, "Heather has been dealing with anxiety and depression. She requested an in-depth evaluation of her medication and entered into a medical facility for proper diagnosis and treatment. This is a confidential medical matter and no further statement will be released."

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Heather Locklear has returned home after successfully completing four weeks of treatment for anxiety and depression, according to People.

Lockear checked herself into the Arizona treatment facility on June 19, and since then remained under doctors' care while riding horses, getting therapeutic spa treatments and spending time alone. During her stay at the treatment center, her boyfriend Jack Wagner visited her twice, and her ex-husband, Richie Sambora has been supportive of her.

A close friend told the magazine, "Heather's feeling really great...and she looks beautiful, just radiant."

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Heather Locklear was arrested last night in Santa Barbara for suspicion of driving under the influence of prescription medication.

Locklear, 47, was reportedly "driving erratically," according to a California Highway Patrol spokesman.

She was found in her car parked on a state highway blocking a lane and was taken into custody, tested for drugs and alcohol, booked and released.

Locklear was treated for anxiety and depression an Arizona facility in June.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Heather Locklear has been charged with a misdemeanor count of driving under the influence in Santa Barbara County.

Santa Barbara County Deputy District Attorney Lee Carter told X17online that although "absolutely no alcohol or illegal drugs were found in her system," toxicology reports revealed Lockelear was under the influence of prescription medication which "could have impaired her ability to safely operate a motor vehicle."

Carter would not reveal what prescription drugs Locklear had taken because of privacy rules.

If convicted Locklear could face a fine and up to six months in county jail, however Carter told X17online, first time offenders like Locklear are often given probation.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Heather Locklear's attorney Blair Berk signed a plea deal for her client today in a Santa Barbara Courthouse, in which Locklear agrees to pay a $700 fine, attend a 12-hour drug education program, and be placed on three years' probation.

The charges stem from a September 28 incident in which Locklear was accused of "driving erratically." No illegal narcotics were found in Locklear's system at the time, only prescription medication.

Locklear was not present at today's hearing.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Heather Locklear will not be going to jail as a result of her April hit-and-run accident in Ventura County, CA.

According to the district attorney, "Insufficient evidence exists to establish who the driver of the vehicle was at the time of the collision. As a result, no criminal charges will be filed."

The DA did confirm that the car involved was registered to Locklear and her ex-husband Richie Sambora.

The 4am incident took place in April near her Westlake Village community. Her black BMW matched debris found near a knocked-down "no parking" sign.

Locklear was given a citation and released. The actress was also arrested back on September 28, 2008 and charged with misdemeanor driving under the influence of prescription pills. The charge was dropped and she eventually pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of reckless driving.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Heather Locklear has checked into a Los Angeles-area hospital due to a bacterial infection, according to her rep.

The 49-year-old actress had been in Canada filming a new movie, but due to the illness, she returned to LA. Her rep confirms "she's fine," and that she's now on antibiotics.

Locklear is expected to be released from the hospital tomorrow.
