Beresford-Redman is accused of murdering his wife Monica in April 2010 at the Moon Palace resort in Cancun, where the couple had been vacationing with their two children. After being reported as missing, Monica’s body was discovered in a sewer at the resort with signs of asphyxiation. Beresford-Redman and his legal team unsuccessfully fought extradition to Mexico, and the producer will be forced to turn himself in to Mexican authorities.
