LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Jon sat down for his first traditional tv interview since his divorce to speak out about the "abuse" he suffered from Kate during their marriage.

The father-of-eight told GMA, "I took a lot of abuse from her. I was put down."

He goes on to say that once they became famous, Kate was never around. "She'll call me like, almost like a lame fish. Like I wasn't going anywhere," Jon says. "Well, excuse me, I'm taking care of the kids. She's on book tours, she's doing all these things. You know, she's gone a week. You know, comes back. Packs up and leaves again. I'm standing there like, 'Oh, OK. Your mom's gone again.'"

Although things still remain rocky between the pair, they did put up a united front recently to send their kids off on their first day of school.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Jon Gosselin sat down with ABC News' Chris Cuomo for Good Morning America, and in a clip from the second part of his interview, the reality TV dad delivers a verbal smackdown to his estranged wife, claiming she was abusive and that she refused to participate in counseling!

"I don't trust her anymore. I was abused, I was beaten down...I'm not going back to that life style," Jon says of his ten-year marriage to Kate. Jon continued, "She knows the truth. I wish to God, she would speak from emotions...She's not speaking from the heart. Please...the stuff you tell me in private should be the stuff you tell me on TV."

On asserting his independence from her controlling ways, Jon says, "In 10 years, I've never gone out. When she said, 'I don't want you going out,' I used to say, 'OK, I'm not going to go out.' I was very passive. This is the first time I said, 'You know what? I want to see my friends. I'm going out.' That was the first time in my life I ever stood up to Kate. I just felt like I had to take back some time in my life, and I did it. And I felt really good. I made my own decision. I was beaten down for so long, I couldn't even make my own decision. And when I did, I was like, holy cow! You know? Yeah, what's she gonna do? Divorce me? All right."

On seeing a therapist, Jon says, "I learned about myself. If she's not going to therapy, she's not going to fix herself, then it's not going to work. It takes two people. I have a $22,000 therapy bill. I mean, I tried to have marriage counseling. I did it myself. She refused to go."

So what does Jon want viewers to know? "I just want to let the world know that I'm a real person with feelings," he says. "OK, I've made mistakes. Maybe it wasn't the best idea to go out to the clubs. But we all learn from mistakes, except mine are public."

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - After claiming that he still loved his estranged wife just a few weeks ago, Jon Gosselin is now spewing some serious venom about Kate, making accusations that she stole from him and cheated on him with the family's bodyguard!

More juicy details from Jon's Good Morning America interview have come out, and he's taking some serious digs at the mother of his children. Jon told reporter Chris Cuomo, "I can't sit on the sofa with that woman. I can't sit [with] someone right now that I despise. I despise [her] because she's not speaking from the heart. Please - the stuff you tell me in private should be the stuff you tell me on TV."

Regarding the wedding ring drama, Jon says, "I think she still wears the ring for public perception. I don't wear my ring because she took my ring. I don't have it. I laid it down one night. It was gone. Who else would take it? I checked underneath my kids' pillows. That's where everything ends up in the house anyway. So it wasn't there."

Jon also goes on to say he thinks Kate had an affair with the family's bodyguard! "I speculate, but I don't know - that's a general feel," he says. "You know, almost like when they were traveling together, I felt jealous. Here, I'm Mr. Mom. And then there's some other guy traveling with my wife. Whether it's protection or not, it's all in - it's in the back of my mind."

So what about 23-year-old Hailey Glassman, the young lady who supposedly broke up Jon and Kate's ten year marriage? Jon says she's very different from Kate. "I get encouragement from [Hailey], I get respect from her. Two things that a man needs. This is someone, I mean, like soul mate - like people joke about that. But I'm not joking about that."

So he doesn't love Kate anymore? "I will always love Kate as the mother of my kids," Jon said. "But to tell you right now, at this point of what's going on, I do not love Kate."

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - A source close to Jon Gosselin told X17online that his relationship with Hailey Glassman is "over", and now Life & Style reports that Hailey has dumped the reality TV star!

After "weeks of lies and cheating," Hailey ended her relationship with Jon, and according to a source for the mag, the final straw came after Jon traveled to Las Vegas without Hailey late last month. "When Jon came back, he said very little to Hailey, but his phone spilled the details," according to a friend close to the 22-year-old homewrecker. "He had several text messages and photos taken with girls, including a showgirl. Hailey was shocked that he didn't bother to delete any of it from his phone."

On September 4, Hailey called the father of eight and broke up with him. "She'd had it," the friend says. "She said she couldn't trust him...he lied to her about Kate Major." Hailey believed that Jon was with other women as well, and it sounds like she's jealous of his groupies as well. Apparently Hailey was insecure about all "the adoring female fans who line the fence" at Jon's Pennsylvania home on a daily basis. "She doesn't want to deal with that," the friend explained.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Jon Gosselin's 23-year-old girlfriend Hailey Glassman got a boob job earlier this month from her own father - plastic surgeon Dr. Lawrence Glassman.

Star says the move was motivated by Jon's "wandering eye", but also Hailey's own insecurities.

"Hailey’s been very self-conscious about her breasts," a pal told the mag. "She didn’t like the way they looked."

And apparently Jon didn't either! The father-of-eight was apparently totally supportive of his "soulmate" going up a cup size or two.

But that may not be all Hailey changes - the friend says, "She says she wants whiter, bigger teeth so she can have a gorgeous Hollywood smile. She wants [her hair] long, straight and with a wave to look her sexiest for Jon."

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - The day news broke that TLC had decided to drop Jon from their hit show, renaming it Kate Plus 8, Jon decided to "put the brakes" on his divorce proceedings, but now he's putting a stop to something else: the camera crews who've been following his family for years!

The Insider reports that Jon's attorney, Mark Jay Heller, has sent a "cease and desist" order to TLC, and demanded that the entire crew leave the property he shares with Kate in Pennsylvania immediately.

Heller says, "Jon realized his family was like a trainwreck, so he decided to put the brakes on the divorce and on the show…because if he didn't the family would be in a mortal accident…the victims of a trainwreck."

Gosselin's attorney also goes on to say that the original contract Jon & Kate signed with TLC may be null and void not only because the name change to Kate Plus 8, (which Jon says he never consented to allow his kids to appear in), but also that TLC has never compensated his 8, which may be in violation of Pennsylvania labor laws!

So much drama!

Gosselin and his attorney wanted to make it clear that the move to stop production was in effect way before it was announced that TLC would be cutting down Jon's role on the show, but the timing is just way too suspicious.

Jon arrived in LA last night, hitting up Crustacean in Beverly Hills. The father-of-eight looked as if he was having the time of his life, and showing no signs of the turmoil going on in his life over the past few days.

UPDATE - TLC has stopped production on the reality series and issued this statement:

"We are aware of Jon Gosselin's recent statements, and remain deeply disappointed at his continued erratic behavior. He and the family were shooting as recently as last Friday, without incident, and his latest comments are grossly inaccurate, without merit and are clearly opportunistic.

Despite Jon Gosselin's repeated self destructive and unprofessional actions, he remains under an exclusive contract with TLC. Direct filming of the children has been currently suspended, pending further conversations between both parents."

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Kate Gosselin chatted with Meredith Vieira on The Today Show this morning and revealed that not only has estranged husband Jon been spending the couple's money on erratic purchases, but that he's left her and their eight kids without enough money to pay the bills!

Kate told Meredith, "He took $230,000 of the $231,000 [in their shared banking account], and I have a stack of bills in my purse that I can't drop in the mail. When you've left your children and their mother unale to pay for the roof over their head, it's not acceptable."

"We were in the position after our sextuplets were born that we could not pay our bills," she continued. "We did the show to provide a better life for them. Never did I think I'd be back in the same position. I can't sleep at night. I can't pay my bills."

And Kate says this isn't the first time Jon has done this! Just days before she filed for divorce in June, Kate moved $100,000 into her bank account because she was concerned that she wouldn't be able to afford food, but their arbitrator suggested that she put the money back into their shared account, which she did. Kate claims she spent half of the $100,000 on bills, while Jon used it for "erratic purchases and randomly buying things."

As if all that wasn't enough, Kate says the kids are upset that the show has stopped filming, saying, "I told the kids over the weekend that we weren't filming. Times eight, there was wailing and sobbing. They love the crew, they love the interaction, they love the events. It is not harmful to them. They are angry."

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - The emotional Hailey Glassman interview doesn't air on The Insider until tonight, but they've released some heart-wrenching footage from the segment which shows a completely shattered Glassman crying as she reveals her heartache.

She's only ever seemed like a supremely confident 22-year-old, but now Hailey is finally breaking down after the "abuse" she's suffered by Jon.

"I can't do this anymore, I can't take it," she tells the Insider team as tears stream down her face. "If you really love me, let me go."

"I put my entire life on hold and everywhere I go people are whispering, 'there's the homewrecker,'" Hailey sobs.

Some of the other questions she'll answer tonight are "Would you marry him?", "What do you really think of Kate?", "Are you here to break up with Jon?" and "Does Jon abuse you?"

I guess we'll have to wait to find out the answers to those questions tonight!

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Jon Gosselin isn't taking TLC's breach-of-contract suit lying down. He's counter-suing the network that made him famous for $5 million dollars.

In the suit, Jon contends that "TLC is preventing him from earning a living with a contract that is too restrictive," according to Radar Online. Quite interesting that he chose this tactic when you consider that Jon was the one who blocked TLC from continuing to shoot the kids, rendering Jon & Kate Plus 8 and Kate Plus 8 defunct.

TLC's suit claims Jon entered into negotiations for various reality shows and made appearances without their consent, which constituted a breach-of-contract. He's expected to appear for that case in a Maryland courtroom on December 14th, where he'll have to watch as former lovers and friends testify for the prosecution.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - A judge hearing TLC's breach-of-contract suit against Jon Gosselin yesterday ordered the father-of-eight to stop making public appearances.

TLC argued that his numerous paid and unpaid appearance on television, or at parties, ruined the "wholesome" image of Jon and Kate Plus 8.

Jon was a no-show at the hearing yesterday which took place in Maryland (where TLC's parent company, Discovery Communications, is headquartered.)

TLC issued the following statement:

"The Court has validated our view that Mr. Gosselin has a valid, binding contract and that he has breached it repeatedly. Step one -- getting the court to order Mr. Gosselin to comply with his contractual obligations -- has been accomplished," TLC said. "Any further breaches going forward will be violations of a court order. We look forward to the next phase of the litigation, which is to pursue our claim for damages resulting from Mr. Gosselin's numerous breaches."

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Hailey Glassman is denying any involvement in the weekend break-in at Jon Gosselin's NYC apartment, which the two shared during their brief relationship. The apartment was burglarized and vandalized (someone allegedly carved "cheater" in the headboard above Jon's bed) and a note bearing Hailey's signature was left at the scene of the crime.

Glassman's lawyer tells us that not only is his client being set up, but that she didn't take anything that wasn't hers. Anand Ahuja released the following statement to X17online.com:

"Somebody is trying to frame Hailey Glassman. My client did not take anything from that apartment that she wasn't told to take - before she moved her belongings out, Jon [Gosselin] told her to take whatever she wanted, and the things that she took were hers, including the TV."

But would Jon really go through all this just to frame Hailey? Or is there another jilted ex-girlfriend seeking revenge?

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Jon Gosselin has selected Philadelphia-based attorney Mary Vidas as his new divorce attorney, her law firm tells X17online exclusively. Her firm, Blank Rome, call themselves "Professionals For Amicable Divorce."

Makes sense that Jon would select Vidas considering the father of eight recently tweeted, "Kate, her attorneys and I are moving forward to work out things privately and amicably."

Anthony List, Jon's former attorney, is speaking out about getting fired telling X17online exclusively, "I've known Jon since he was born because his father and I were friends. I didn't sense that there was any disconnect between the two of us. I felt like we were moving in a good direction. I've never been fired before so this is kind of new." List tells us that Jon gave him the boot "through an email."

Sources close to the custody case between Jon and Kate tell X17online that the couple have finally figured out that "they can be more effective in making money if they work together." Our source adds, "I believe their fighting has run the gamet."

For the children's sake, we hope so.

As for Mary Vidas, her bio says, "She has represented numerous individuals in a variety of complex family law issues, including divorce, equitable distribution, alimony, custody, and child support." Sounds like a good pick for Jon!
