Yesterday, the original OctoMom was snapped at the Park City Mall with her bodyguard Leonard, and photogs on the scene tell X17online, "Leonard is her Jon replacement because all she does is boss him around! She doesn't even let him drive and makes him sit in the passenger seat."

Kate spent 3 hours at the Mac store, and when she left the mall around 7:30pm she yelled at a fan who tried to take her picture and proceeded to yell at the woman "Don't touch my car!"

Kate seemed to be in a very sour mood and photogs also tell us, "Kate must not miss her kids too much, because she's been away from them for four days and the first thing she does is go to the mall the day she comes back home."

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Is Jon Gosselin about to be plus one again? It depends on which tabloid you believe.

According to Us Weekly, Jon Gosselin says he has no plans to marry his 22-year-old girlfriend Hailey Glassman. While In Touch Weekly says the wedding is a go, putting the story on their cover.

"These reports are absolutely 100 percent false," a source tells Us after In Touch's cover about Jon's supposed proposal in the south of France.

A rep for Jon Gosselin had "No comment" about the engagement rumor.

After spending the week in France, Jon has now returned to his home in Pennsylvania where is he is filming new episodes of "Jon and Kate Plus Eight" while soon to be ex-wife Kate is away.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Jon Gosselin didn't start his relationship with a 22-year-old party girl until after Kate had told him the marriage was over.

According to People Magazine, Gosselin, 32, was staying with Hailey Glassman's family after being asked to leave the home.

According to the mag, Jon was "heartbroken, totally heartbroken. Kate had told him to take a hike."

The magazine goes on to report that Jon and Hailey, who had known each other for several years (her father was Kate's plastic surgeon), began their romance only after Kate filed for divorce in June.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - After being linked to two women since the recent split from the mother of his eight kids, Jon Gosselin says he's not looking to get serious with a new lady - or is he?

Speaking to People magazine, Gosselin claimed he was "just a regular guy" and confirmed the split from 22-year-old Hailey Glassman. "She doesn't like this [craziness]. She loves me for who I am and not for what I do. We are going to chill out for a while and see where it takes us."

But could it be that Jon was more interested in former Star reporter Kate Major? He tells E! News that he "cares" about Major, but "right now my focus is on my relationship with my kids. My personal relationship is private."

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Jon Gosselin says he's not the reason his marriage to Kate ended.

In fact, he tells InTouch Weekly he was completely caught off guard when Kate told him she wanted a divorce.

"I am done," Jon says Kate told him. "You are going to live your life and I am going to live my life," she said. He goes on to tell the magazine that he was hoping to work things out but Kate didn't want to. That's when he says he decided to move on with his life.

Here's Jon's side of the story:On why Kate wanted to split:

I think she initiated the split because she wanted a career. Maybe I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do, and she was going to move on regardless. I said, "Are you sure about this?"

On if Jon tried to work things out:

Yes, I asked, "What do I have to do to mend the relationship? What did I do wrong?" I was beating myself up about it. So I read a lot of books about personalities, like The Five Love Languages. Throughout the marriage, I felt like my personality had changed a lot. In December, I went to therapy. I asked Kate to come, but she didn’t want to. She said, “If you have a problem, go fix it."

He also cleared up his current dating status. He makes it clear that his focus is on 22-year-old party girl Hailey Glassman.

On his first relationship after the split:

[It was with] Hailey — it started around May. She is the polar opposite of Kate. It’s really different. I feel good about myself and people see my good qualities. I’m not being put down. If I want to go out with my friends, Hailey says, “Oh, go out.” I’m not used to that. I was used to, "No, no, it’s your fault." Sometimes I ask Hailey permission, like I used to do with Kate, and she says, "You don’t have to ask permission.” I was used to living like that, and now it’s like a breath of fresh air. You can have a balanced relationship but also spend time with your friends.

On when he'll introduce Hailey to his 8 kids:

I think it would have to be after the divorce is finalized. I can’t just show up with Hailey. I think we all need a little routine in our lives. Right now, it’s helter-skelter. Once there is a routine, we’ll start off slowly, like going out to dinner. We are dealing with eight different personalities, and they will each handle it in different ways. They may never be comfortable.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Kate Gosselin will give her first television interview since announcing her separation from husband Jon and the future of her reality show "Jon and Kate Plus 8."

Kate will sit down with Meredith Vieira on Monday's "Today" show on NBC.

The mother of eight will discuss dealing with divorce and raising children with all eyes of the media watching.

This will be the first time she's been heard from publicly since her split from Jon and since news of Jon's relationships with other women have been documented.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Kate Gosselin broke down in tears during her first television interview since announcing her split from husband Jon on Monday's Today show.

When asked by Meredith Vieira for her thoughts on Jon's younger girlfriend, Hailey Glassman, Kate said, "I was shocked, but those things...to be very honest, that's his life and they don't affect me directly at this point...It is hurtful. It's very hurtful. To be very honest, the most hurtful part is when his decisions directly affect our children. That's the hardest part for me."

Kate broke down into tears when asked about why she still wears her wedding ring.
"For [the children]. I don't want to upset them," Kate said. "While I've been very real and as honest as I need to be, I don't want to shock them. I've walked slowly through this with them. As they've asked questions, I've answered them." She added that she'll take off the ring "when the time is right."

When Vieira discussed the split, and who was responsible for it, Kate responded, "Nobody's perfect. I was not perfect. Obviously, it takes two. I don't know. What would I go back and change? It's hard to say. Clearly, [Jon's] goals are not my goals, so we just needed to work that out. I think it's very clear that we are two different people at this point, with two different sets of goals."

"I am determined to hang in there. What life hands me, I am going to do and deal with," Kate said.

"My focus still, as I've always said - as I will always say - is the health and well being of my children, as well as myself...this is not what any mother sets out for her children. This does not feel like the best for them...I want my children to see a mother who is committed to her children, who is determined, who has integrity, perseverance and never gives up. I want my children to see that everything I've done for them is out of love."

Jon is scheduled to give his first interview since the split tonight on E!

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Jon Gosselin's rumored girlfriend Kate Major is speaking out about her relationship with the reality TV star.

Speaking to E!News, Major says the relationship with the father of eight was serious.

"We had plans to travel together, to live together and to be together. He made his decision in the Hamptons. He wanted to be with me."

Major further claims that Jon was lying to his 22-year-old girlfriend Hailey Glassman.

"He tried to two-time both of us," Major told E! News. "He wasn't honest with Hailey. He needs to man up and tell the truth. I'm not going to be the other woman."

For his part, Jon doesn't seem to have much to say about Kate Major.

"I'm so glad she's out of my life," Gosselin said.

He did have kinder words for his ex-wife, the original Kate, who said she was "disappointed" in Jon's behavior after their split.

"Kate is the mother of my children. I only wish her the best."

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Former tabloid reporter Kate Major is lashing out against Jon Gosselin in the new issue of Life&Style magazine.

Major says and Jon were intimate right away and that he would invite her over while the kids were sleeping.

“Jon said he couldn’t be seen having a girlfriend, so he told me to drive to a neighbor’s house after midnight, when the kids were asleep. He said he’d pick me up on his four-wheeler, take me to his house and drop me off again at 6 a.m. I was shocked and said, "No, I don’t feel right doing that. What if the kids wake up?’ He was like, ‘They’re not going to notice, they’re not going to see anything.’ He wasn’t nervous about it —I was. Looking back, it was all pretty much sexual. That’s what he had in mind."

But now Kate feels that Jon was just stringing him along. And that he never intended to break up with girlfriend Hailey Glassman.

"Even when we were in the Hamptons, we were planning to go to LA together to meet with Christian Audigier about Ed Hardy stuff. We also talked about going to Las Vegas. Now he’s taking Hailey — and that was a trip we had planned together."

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Though many media outlets questioned whether or not Kate Gosselin should make any more television appearances, her interview with Larry King last night seemed to support her role as the innocent, doting mother who got dumped for a much younger woman.

When King asked the reality TV mom if she was dating anyone, she replied, "No. Too busy. Sorry...I'm lonely, but I'm very busy and actually, I'm all right." Kate revealed that she's still not officially divorced, but that she and the kids are prepared for what's ahead. "They understand the process [of divorce]," Kate said. "They're working through it the same way that Jon and I are. They're doing remarkably well."

When asked if Jon is a good father, Kate responded, "He is. His decisions right now are not ones that I would necessarily make. But down deep in his heart, I know that he is." Kate also added that for the sake of her children she would "only speak positive."

And this isn't going to be her last television appearance either - Kate is set to guest host The View on September 14 and 15 while Elisabeth Hasselbeck is still out on maternity leave.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Jon sat down for his first traditional tv interview since his divorce to speak out about the "abuse" he suffered from Kate during their marriage.

The father-of-eight told GMA, "I took a lot of abuse from her. I was put down."

He goes on to say that once they became famous, Kate was never around. "She'll call me like, almost like a lame fish. Like I wasn't going anywhere," Jon says. "Well, excuse me, I'm taking care of the kids. She's on book tours, she's doing all these things. You know, she's gone a week. You know, comes back. Packs up and leaves again. I'm standing there like, 'Oh, OK. Your mom's gone again.'"

Although things still remain rocky between the pair, they did put up a united front recently to send their kids off on their first day of school.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - After claiming that he still loved his estranged wife just a few weeks ago, Jon Gosselin is now spewing some serious venom about Kate, making accusations that she stole from him and cheated on him with the family's bodyguard!

More juicy details from Jon's Good Morning America interview have come out, and he's taking some serious digs at the mother of his children. Jon told reporter Chris Cuomo, "I can't sit on the sofa with that woman. I can't sit [with] someone right now that I despise. I despise [her] because she's not speaking from the heart. Please - the stuff you tell me in private should be the stuff you tell me on TV."

Regarding the wedding ring drama, Jon says, "I think she still wears the ring for public perception. I don't wear my ring because she took my ring. I don't have it. I laid it down one night. It was gone. Who else would take it? I checked underneath my kids' pillows. That's where everything ends up in the house anyway. So it wasn't there."

Jon also goes on to say he thinks Kate had an affair with the family's bodyguard! "I speculate, but I don't know - that's a general feel," he says. "You know, almost like when they were traveling together, I felt jealous. Here, I'm Mr. Mom. And then there's some other guy traveling with my wife. Whether it's protection or not, it's all in - it's in the back of my mind."

So what about 23-year-old Hailey Glassman, the young lady who supposedly broke up Jon and Kate's ten year marriage? Jon says she's very different from Kate. "I get encouragement from [Hailey], I get respect from her. Two things that a man needs. This is someone, I mean, like soul mate - like people joke about that. But I'm not joking about that."

So he doesn't love Kate anymore? "I will always love Kate as the mother of my kids," Jon said. "But to tell you right now, at this point of what's going on, I do not love Kate."

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Kate Gosselin chatted with Meredith Vieira on The Today Show this morning and revealed that not only has estranged husband Jon been spending the couple's money on erratic purchases, but that he's left her and their eight kids without enough money to pay the bills!

Kate told Meredith, "He took $230,000 of the $231,000 [in their shared banking account], and I have a stack of bills in my purse that I can't drop in the mail. When you've left your children and their mother unale to pay for the roof over their head, it's not acceptable."

"We were in the position after our sextuplets were born that we could not pay our bills," she continued. "We did the show to provide a better life for them. Never did I think I'd be back in the same position. I can't sleep at night. I can't pay my bills."

And Kate says this isn't the first time Jon has done this! Just days before she filed for divorce in June, Kate moved $100,000 into her bank account because she was concerned that she wouldn't be able to afford food, but their arbitrator suggested that she put the money back into their shared account, which she did. Kate claims she spent half of the $100,000 on bills, while Jon used it for "erratic purchases and randomly buying things."

As if all that wasn't enough, Kate says the kids are upset that the show has stopped filming, saying, "I told the kids over the weekend that we weren't filming. Times eight, there was wailing and sobbing. They love the crew, they love the interaction, they love the events. It is not harmful to them. They are angry."

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - TLC aired a special interview with Kate Gosselin last night, where she talked about how her life has changed since her break-up, the feelings she still has for her ex and how few people she can trust in her life.

"A part of me always will [love Jon]," she told The Today Show's Natalie Morales. "It's hard to to be married to somebody for 10 years and try to say 'No, I don't love them anymore.' It doesn't work really well. I love the memories that we have together."

Kate also said she feels trapped by the unexpected fame that came with her reality star status.

"I signed up for a reality show, I didn't sign up to be a tabloid staple," she said. "If I said I was done and it was enough, it would just be five more covers of why it is that I'm done, and so I would be living that for a period of time essentially with no income, with no job," she whined.

Kate also said that there are a "very, very small group of people" she can trust now, and that "I still wake up every day and I think the phone will ring and it'll be ... the old Jon."

But the entire interview wasn't just a "poor me" pity party. Kate also admitted some responsibility for her situation.

"I was wrong to treat him that way," she says of her controlling behavior.

Wow, first Jon, now Kate admitting they were wrong? Maybe a reconciliation is possible after all!

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - The series finale of TLC’s Kate Plus 8 drew the show’s best ratings in over a year.

2.1 million viewers tuned in to the final episode, a number that hadn’t been achieved since the first post-Jon Gosselin - the children’s father and Kate Gosselin’s now ex-husband - episode.

Kate expressed concern over her family’s future following the cancellation of what she considers “the realest reality show that’s out there,” exclaiming, “Holy cow, I'm unemployed and have eight kids to care for. Honestly. It's scary.”

But the mother of 8 has no plans to move on from television, assuring viewers, “This is not goodbye - this is we'll see you around.”
