Kate Moss Sits Down With Interview Magazine

Kate Moss coverthu.jpg LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Kate Moss sat down with Interview magazine for their September issue and gave a very candid interview with reporter and friend Glenn O'Brien. The 34-year-old supermodel discusses her image, her Topshop fashion line, as well as famous faces she's encountered over the years.

On being too skinny:
"When I was doing shows and flying economy and no one ever fed me. Or I'd be staying in hotels so cheap that by the time I'd get in, there wasn't any room service. I didn't eat for a long time. Not on purpose. You'd be on shoots with bad good or get on a plane, and the food would be so disgusting you couldn't eat it. You go to a show, and there's not food at all, so if you're doing shows back to back, you can forget eating. I remember standing up in the bath one day, and there was a mirror in front of me, and I was so thin! I hated it. I never liked being that skinny...I was never anorexic, so I was never that skinny. I was never bony-bony. But I remember thinking, I don't want to be this skinny."

On breast implants:
"They are awful. So many of my friends have had them, and they've gone wrong...And most of them are so hard you can knock on them like a door. I'm not into them. I mean if I got all saggy, like the sacks some women have after they have children, I'd have them done. I'm not against them, but if you have normal ones, just to have them enlarged for the sake of having big ones...I don't really like big t*ts anyway."

On her flaws:
"Corinne Day made me less self-conscious of myself. I was 15, and she'd make me take off my top, and I'd cry. After five years, you get used to it, and you're not conscious about your flaws. Bowlegs, crooked teeth. That is what makes you different from everyone else. But when I was 15, I was like, 'Oh no, I don't want to be different. I want to have big t*ts! I want to look like Cindy Crawford!'"

On Mark Wahlberg, whom she appeared with in that infamous Calvin Klein ad:
"At the time he was such a dickhead. He wasn't very nice."

Kate Moss Says She's Not A Designer

Kate Moss katenymag200.jpgLOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Kate Moss may have a new clothing line heading to stores soon, but don't call the supermodel a designer.

"I’m not a designer. I’ve never been to school or been trained. I can’t draw a dress, really. But I know what I like...I love clothes. I know how clothes should fit and feel, Moss tells New York Magazine.

"When I would go to shoots, stylists would say to me, 'You really should do something. You should take it another step.' But it never felt right until I met Philip [Green] and the whole atmosphere of Topshop."

The woman credited (or blamed, depending on your point of view) with the "waif" look talks about the rumors surrounding her weight gain.

"I’ve just grown breasts...I am a woman now! It’s true. No, honestly, I’ve never worn a bra in my life. Ever! It’s so awful, even my friends are phoning me up and saying 'Are you pregnant?' And I’m like, “No! I just put on a couple of pounds, and they went in the right place.” Isn’t that weird? And how perfect for lingerie...Now I can fill a B-cup," Moss said.

Kate Moss Billboard Collapses In London, Sends Pedestrians To Hospital

AnZkKGfCMAATTtL_200.jpg LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Four pedestrians were hospitalized yesterday after a Kate Moss billboard collapsed on them in London. The Mango clothing ad featuring the British supermodel was displayed in one of London's busiest shopping districts, Oxford Street.

Three women and a man were hurt in the incident, one of which sustained a back injury while the rest sustained minor injuries. The victims were walking by the sign when it came loose and fell directly on them.

Five men tried to prop up the billboard after the accident, and luckily authorities believed nobody else was trapped under the signage, which was being used as a makeshift storefront.

"Three fire engines, four fire rescue units and around 40 firefighters [were] at the scene. The police and London Ambulance Service [were] also at the scene," a spokesman for the London Fire Brigade said in a statement.

The faulty Mango ad was shot by famed fashion photographer Terry Richardson.
