Kathy Bates Lands NBC Pilot
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA (X17online) - Actress Kathy Bates is heading to the small screen as one of the lead characters for David E. Kelley's NBC pilot Kindreds.
The dramedy, also featuring Brittany Snow, will be centered around a storefront law firm. Bates will play a former patent lawyer, and Snow is set to play an assistant who holds a key spot at the firm.
This isn't the first time Bates and Kelley have worked together. The actress appeared on an episode of Kelley's legal hit LA Law. She also had a recurring role on NBC's The Office.
