LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - According to Fox News, Lindsay Lohan is currently recording her third album. Inside sources reveal that Lohan has cut a track with rapper Snoop Dogg that sounds "amazing." Universal Music Group is bringing artists such as Timbaland and Pharrell on board to help make a hit record for the 21 year old star.

Lindsay’s younger sister, Ali, 14, is looking to follow in her sister's footsteps, as she is in the studio recording her own album for another branch of UMG, Jimmy Lovine’s Interscope via Maloof Music. Maloof Music is owned by the Maloof Brothers who own the Palms Hotel in Las Vegas.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Variety reports that Lindsay Lohan will appear on the season finale of ABC's Ugly Betty, in addition to five episodes of next season as Betty Suarez's old schoolmate.

Apparently the character Lohan plays wasn't nice to Betty in high school, but now that Betty has an enviable career and life, she's trying to patch things up.

The episode will air on May 22, 2008.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Deadline Hollywood Daily is reporting that Lindsay Lohan has been dropped from the upcoming film The Manson Girls. Production was slated to start in early July in Los Angeles, and Lohan was set to play Nancy Pitman, a surfer girl who became intrigued with Charles Manson, but sources are reporting that producers couldn't get any actors or actresses to co-star with the 21 year old actress.

The Manson Girls was written by Matthew Bright (who will also be the director) and produced by Elie Samaha, Donald Kushner, and Brad Wyman through Junction Films. Additionally, Lindsay's father Michael told X17online exclusively that he was upset about Lindsay signing on for the film because she had agreed to do it for only $75,000.

No word yet on who will replace Lohan on the film.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - According to Fox News, Maria Markova, 22, a New York City college student is suing Lindsay Lohan, claiming the actress took her mink coat without permission and kept it for over two weeks.

In the lawsuit filed on Monday in Manhattan's state Supreme Court, Markova says Lohan, 21, took the $12,000 golden sheared mink coat while at the nightclub 1 Oak in New York City on January 26. Markova's lawyer, Merrill Cohen, claims Lohan was sitting next to her client, and when she left the coat was gone, and shortly after that, Markova spotted Lohan wearing the coat in a photo in OK! Magazine.

Cohen says she called representatives for Lohan and demanded the coat be returned, and Markova finally got the coat back on February 14. The lawsuit asks for unspecified damages. Lohan's lawyer, Blair Berk, had no comment.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - The owner of New York City's Prime nightclub and Suzie Wong Saki Lounge has offered to settle Lindsay Lohan's most recent lawsuit and buy her a blonde mink coat, just like the one she was accused of stealing earlier this year.

John "J.E." Englebert told OK! Magazine, "I know what it's like to have mistaken identity. Many times people take the wrong coat thinking that it's theirs at my nightclubs. I am offering to take Lindsay on a mink shopping spree with me, to have the coat of her choice."

He also said that he plans to help settle the lawsuit filed on Monday by Columbia University student Masha Markova, 22. Markova accused Lohan, 21, of taking her mink coat without her permission and keeping it for over two weeks back in January.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Lindsay Lohan will begin shooting the new film Labor Pains on June 9 in Burbank, California, according to Variety. The film is a romantic comedy in which the starlet will play a publishing house assistant who pretends to be pregnant to avoid getting fired by an overbearing and wicked boss.

Producer Rick Schwartz said, "I didn't know Lindsay before this, but we looked each other in the eye three months ago, and she has done everything I could have asked." Schwartz also helped produce The Departed and The Aviator.

Lohan apparently loves the script, as she recently said, "It is a very different role for me and I look forward to the challenges it will present, and I love working on comedies."

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Lindsay Lohan is the campaign ambassador for Visa Swap 2008, which is a high end swap meet for designer apparel, which will be held at the Covent Garden Piazza in London on the weekend of July 19th.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Lindsay Lohan has pulled her name from the Emmy ballot, according to The Los Angeles Times. It is being reported that Lohan, 21, wants to wait until next year to be considered for her guest spot on ABC's Ugly Betty. Lohan is slated to reprise her role in five episodes of the award winning series this fall.

A representative for Lohan told the newspaper, “The appearance was brief...we made a decision to wait.”

Lohan is currently shooting the comedy Labor Pains.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Actress Lindsay Lohan bailed on the wrap party for her latest film, Labor Pains last night and headed to New York City to party with DJ Samantha Ronson instead.

The wrap party was held at The Joint in Hollywood, and a source at the party revealed exclusively to X17online that free drinks and jumbo shrimp appetizers were passed around to the 150 or so guests, and a DJ played R&B and rock n' roll throughout the night.

The film's producer, Lati Grobman looked absolutely delighted at the party, as well as cast and crew alike. The media's fascination with Lohan (and the resultant non-stop coverage of filming) only helped the low budget $6 million film, by garnering it the kind of publicity that a $100 million movie might get. Another interesting tidbit is that Lohan did Labor Pains for just $500,000, which is a huge pay cut for the 22-year-old actress, who used to command up to $7.5 million per film.

Around the same time the wrap party was beginning, Lohan and Samantha Ronson were enjoying themselves at Sephora’s Ten Years Of Gorgeous Party at the Angel Orensanz Foundation in New York City. The duo met up with Lohan's mother Dina and younger brother Michael Jr., and hung out with Samantha's twin sister Charlotte, who is a fashion designer. Dina Lohan had nothing but praise for her daughter's close friend, as she told reporters, "I love Samantha - she's like a child to me. They're great friends and as long as my daughter is happy and healthy, it is what it is."

Lindsay is currently in New York filming episodes for the next season of ABC's hit show Ugly Betty.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Lindsay Lohan got testy yesterday when X17 photographers asked if her 14-year-old sister Ali got breast implants. The 22-year-old actress defended her teenage sister and even threw around the term pedophile when addressing photographers.

Lohan then posted a blog titled, "Are They Real?????" venting about the incident, in which she says she was "sick to [her] stomach" that photographers would ask such things and adds that "there's many other things that I felt like saying, but why give it to a random guy with a camera so that he can make money!"

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - After recent reports that Samantha Ronson is penning a tell-all book that includes details of her relationship with actress Lindsay Lohan, Lindsay's father Michael spoke exclusively to X17online about Ronson, his daughter's alleged substance abuse, his ex-wife Dina, and what he's willing to do to find a solution to his daughter's problems.

When asked if it's true that Ronson is writing the book, Lohan said he believed the reports and added, "Samantha's a control freak and she's using Lindsay to further her career. Lindsay's been sold out by so many people in the past, Sam would just be another name on the list."

Michael adds that Ronson is "feeding Lindsay alcohol behind the scenes, but that's really Lindsay's fault for taking it - it's not about drugs or alcohol. A person can be a drug and Sam is a drug. She's very controlling and manipulative and it's not a healthy relationship for Lindsay."

When asked about Lindsay's mother Dina, Lohan responds, "I blame a lot of Lindsay's problems on Dina - she's two-faced and plays both sides of the coin. She tells me it's important to get Sam out of Lindsay's life and then she turns around and has dinner with them!"

Finally, when asked if he's attacking Ronson simply because he doesn't approve of her gay relationship with Lindsay, Lohan responds, "That's not the reason at all. Lindsay is fragile and Sam takes advantage of her and the relationship is too intense and too dramatic. Sam and Dina are probably the two worst people Lindsay could be around right now...along with her friend Patrick...As long as Sam's in Lindsay's life, Lindsay will never be able to reach the potential God gave her."

Lohan continues, "It's not about Sam giving Lindsay drugs or alcohol or anything - there are prescription drugs from doctors - psychotropic drugs, antidepressants - that have a serious effect on a person. And I would like to put that out there. These things can mess with a person's mind. I see some parallels between Britney and Lindsay - the instability, the domineering companion. Lindsay's not in the state that Britney was or is, but there are minor similarities. Just because a person's not abusing drugs or alcohol doesn't mean they're healthy. And Lindsay being with Sam is making matters worse. I would sacrifice my own life to get Sam out of Lindsay's."

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - After Michael Lohan's exclusive interview with X17online yesterday, Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson are firing back in a MySpace Celebrity blog, calling Lohan a coward among other things.

Yesterday, Michael Lohan told X17online that Ronson is "a control freak and she's using Lindsay to further her career. Lindsay's been sold out by so many people in the past, Sam would just be another name on the list." Lohan continued to say that "a person can be a drug and Sam is a drug. She's very controlling and manipulative and it's not a healthy relationship for Lindsay."

In Lindsay's blog titled, "Dear Mr. Lohan," she writes:

"If you have something to say to me, say it to my face- that's what i have believed my whole life- don't be a coward and say it to others first, let alone all the media in the world- i think we know where the rest of this blog is going...

If you guessed it had to do with my father- then you guessed right! It really hurts, because i have tried- after all that my mother and siblings have gone through, i really tried to make things work- For the hope of having a father again-wanting things to change- even though people have said, some people will forever remain the same.
Having said that- the people were right, and he is yet to change- but this time, without his daughter by his side- He has become a public embaressment [sic] and a bully- To my family, my co-workers, my friends, and a girl that means the world to me (its obvious who that is).

He has no idea what is going on in my life because i have chosen not to involve him in it- His recent attack on my life and my loved ones is simply for an ADDICTION THAT HE HAS- FAME. Why he feels the need to comment on anything in my life that i may want to keep private, is beyond comprehension- If he really cared about me and my life, then he would learn to respect my wishes by staying out of it.

Samantha has not and would never sell me out. Nor has my mother, who is wonderful.

This further proves that any information that my father has about me or the people in my life is internet based- and about as accurate as a page six item.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Michael Lohan has once again spoken exclusively to X17online, and now he claims to have texts and phone conversations that prove he has daughter Lindsay's best interests at heart, and that Samantha Ronson and Lindsay's mother Dina are the negative influences in the her life.

Michael Lohan initially spoke exclusively to X17online following reports that Ronson was penning a tell-all book which would include details of her relationship with his 22-year-old daughter. Lohan said Ronson was "using Lindsay to further her career," called her a control freak and even suggested that Lindsay had fallen off the wagon with drugs and alcohol.

A few hours later, a very upset Lindsay told Access Hollywood, "He's out of control...I want him to stop hurting and talking to the media about the people I love." Additionally, Lohan and Ronson fired back at Michael on their myspace blogs this morning, calling him a coward and a public embarrassment among other things.

Lohan now tells X17online:

The response by Samantha and Lindsay regarding what I said is absolutely ridiculous!

When I first spoke to X17 ( whom I trust), I clearly stated that everything I said and my concerns were generated by my ex wife, Dina. (I have taped recordings, texts and the corroboration from lawyers and authorities to prove it. )

After a recent phone call from Lindsay while she was traveling on one of Samantha's DJ gigs, I became very concerned. It was then that Dina, Lindsay and I agreed to meet when Lindsay got to NY and have a mother, daughter and father sit down. Everything was arranged and agreed ( again I have dozens of texts and recordings with Dina to prove it.) BUT, when the time came on Sunday, Dina chose to go into NY and have dinner with Sam,her mother and Lindsay, rather than address real issues and make things better for Lindsay.

A day later, Dina told me that Sam was writing a book, that Sam was a negative influence on Lindsay and that Sam needs to be out of Lindsay's life....then she asked me how to do it!! ( all on tape). Matters became worse when Dina said Lindsay was in REAL danger and "she" needed to save her and get Lindsay into "a place"! ALL Dina's words. Tell me, what father wouldn't be concerned and even pissed at Sam after hearing this!!???

To even imagine that Dina would then go on vacation is even more sickening! Should we actually believe a women who says she doesn't party with Lindsay, get drunk or care about fame. She has been on video and photographed dopezens [sic] of times with Lindsay, Drunk in public, thrown out of events, had public fights with Lindsay ( at Phillippe Chow) and then does a reality tv show which was so far from the truth , it's disgusting!

Dina cares, PLEASE!!!! Lindsay was once stalked by a guy named AJ ( who Dina trusted and I said from the get go that I didn't) only for Dina to look the other way when I had to get a task force to track AJ down. ( LA's DA's office will confirm).

Dina took a percentage of Lindsay's money when I NEVER took a red cent! Dina made a deal with ET to interview Lindsay on the Red Carpet! All while , I only speak out when something is wrong or needs to be made right!

Dina is a money loving, fame seeking, self serving deceiver , who comes from roots of the same. Her brother, Paul Sullivan, was sentenced today for defrauding the 911 disaster fund of $1 million and telling witnesses to lie. Dina even publicly said he was innocent ...and so did he! Her other brother, Matt Sullivan, was arrested twice this year on DWI and drug related charges, and has lived in his mothers' basement doing "deals" for years! The same guy I had a fight with for being high at my sons communion party! ALL FACTS! ALL PROVEN!

Meanwhile they say I seek fame! Ha! I am out there doing charity work, going on mission trips, working with the United Nations and trying to help my daughter while spending sleepless nights with a father dying of cancer. Did Dina call my dad, or have the kids visit or send a card to a man who never hurt a fly? NO! Dina raised all this alarm and caused this whole thing!

While guilt may bring a response by some, others, like Dina, pass the buck and don't accept any responsibility at all. But the tapes and texts will PROVE what the truth really is and everyone is going to hear. The rest you can simply pull up on the internet by typing in Dina, Paul or Matthew Sullivan with the words drunk or fraud!!!

All I want is for Lindsay to be healthy and in a good relationship! I want her to use the gifts she has in the best ways and to help others! I said it from the very beginning: show me who you walk with and I will tell you who you are! People may deceive us, but our eyes and facts don't! OPEN YOUR EYES!!!

My apologies to Lindsay, but this is the only way to get her attention!

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Though Lindsay Lohan hasn't spoken publicly since she posted the now infamous Myspace blog yesterday, Michael Lohan confirmed to X17online that she sent him a text shortly after she learned that her paternal grandfather passed away. The 22-year-old actress wrote to her father, "Now papa has found peace and maybe we can find peace in our lives, too."

Michael Lohan gave the following statement to X17online:

"As for Lindsay, I fully expect Lindsay and my other three children to be at the wake and funeral. My father was a wondeful [sic] father, man and grandfather. It is time now to put our differences aside and use this time as an ooprtunity [sic] to put our love, forgiveness and priorities "as a FAMILY" back in place. I full [sic] expect Dina to instill the morals, decency and respect a parent should instill in their children!"

Though the family has been feuding on and off for quite some time, it was this week that things really seemed to get, as Lohan put it, "out of control."

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - For most of last week, Lindsay Lohan and her father Michael were feuding via statements to the media and blogs for all the world to see. However, when Lindsay's paternal grandfather passed away on Thursday, Michael Lohan told X17online Lindsay had texted him saying, "Now papa has found peace and maybe we can find peace in our lives, too." Lohan said that he "fully expected" Lindsay and her siblings to attend the wake and funeral, and that "it is time now to put our differences aside."

However, Lindsay posted another Myspace blog later on Friday saying that she had "no contact" with her father, and added, "I hope he uses this time to keep mourn the loss of his father, rather than taking the time to talk to the media about me or anyone in my life." Though the 22-year-old actress was in New York City over the weekend, she did not attend her grandfather's memorial service; instead, Lohan went shopping with Samantha Ronson in the East Village, and appeared to be in an upbeat mood.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17onlie) - Lindsay Lohan turned down a $700,000 offer to do an eight-page topless spread in Playboy's 55th-anniversary issue this January, according to the New York Post. Lohan's rep told Playboy's creative consultant, Hal Lifson, "If there's nudity, then the answer's no...She's not going down the [New York] magazine road again."

Lifson said that he hoped to have Lohan do a tribute to 1960s vixen Ann-Margret and her film Kitten With a Whip, which is reportedly one of her favorite movies.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Lindsay Lohan's offer to host a series of events aimed at young voters has been rejected by the Obama campaign, the "Chicago Sun-Times" is reporting.

The "Sun-Times" quotes an un-named source inside the campaign who said, "(Lindsay) is not exactly the kind of high-profile star who would be a positive for us." The source cited the young stars public battles with addiction and her "party-girl" image.

Lindsay's father, Michael Lohan, responded to the perceived snub in an e-mail to FoxNews.com's "Pop Tarts" column. "For Barack Obama to condemn my daughter for past indiscretions when he admitted to the exact same himself is indicative of what kind of president he would be," he wrote.

"His visions of a positive future for this country should be representative of a positive future for people as well. It is looking beyond the difficult times and letting go of the past," Michael Lohan said. "Obviously, Obama can do this for himself and not others, when in fact a good president should have hope for all."

Despite the campaign's rejection, Lindsay continues to be a vocal supporter of Obama. She was expected to attend several Hollywood fundraisers this week and has voiced her disapproval of Republican vice-presidential candidate Sarah Palin on her MySpace blog.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Michael Lohan is responding to internet reports that his estranged daughter, Lindsay Lohan, has filed a restraining order against him.

In an email to X17online.com Michael lashes out at Lindsay's publicist, Leslie Sloan-Zelnick writing, "(everyone should) take it with a grain of salt since and realize that what Leslie says is laced with lies."

He goes on to say that there is no need for a restraining order and that he hasn't tried to contact his daughter.

"I was in LA for 2 weeks and never even tried to see Lindsay other than to call her lawyer and send her "positive words" of advice," Michael writes. "If anyone needs to be concerned , it's me!"

Lohan also continues to criticize his daughter's relationship with DJ Samantha Ronson and others, blaming them for his daughter's percieved problems.

"If anyone, Lindsay needs restraining orders from Samantha, the people enabling her and leading her down this dark path who are destoying [sic] her life , her career and causing her harm," he writes.

"But mark my words, things will NOT get better for Lindsay until she rids herself of the people around her who have come back in her life, since her release from Cirque Lodge. People need to stop sucking up to her to stay on her good side, and do what's right for her well being, NOT their own.Until then, I am going to sit back and let GOD do His work."

Calls to Lindsay Lohan's representatives for comment were not returned.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Lindsay Lohan has launched her new collection of leggings at Henri Bendel in New York City.

Lohan is calling the line, "6126" - a reference to Marilyn Monroe's Birthday.

"I'm thrilled to announce that my new fashion collection, 6126 is finally ready for launch!!," Lohan wrote on her myspace blog.

"I love to wear leggings, so it should come as no surprise that my first venture into the world of fashion design is with leggings!," Lohan wrote.

The launch celebration at the New York department store also raised money for Ovarian Cancer Research, with a percentage of sales being donated to the organization.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Three men who say they were trapped inside an SUV that Lindsay Lohan commandeered last summer are suing the actress, according to the Associated Press.

The allegations include battery, false imprisonment, and negligence after she got behind the wheel of the SUV belonging to one of the men to pursue her recently fired assistant.

The chase ended with a 9-1-1 call to police and the arrest of Lohan for suspicion of driving under the influence. Lohan pleaded guilty to two counts of being under the influence of cocaine. After a brief jail stay, Lohan entered rehab in Colorado.

Ed McPherson, Lohan's attorney, called the lawsuit "absurd."

He questioned why the men waited so long to file the suit and alleges the men were enjoying themselves during the alleged incident. "It just doesn't make sense," the attorney said. "They had ample opportunity to get out of the car."

"It's three guys who want to get a lot of headlines," he said, "and want to make some money."

An attorney for the men said they had hoped to avoid a lawsuit but were unable to reach a settlement with the actress. The suit seeks more than $25,000 in damages.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Lindsay Lohan was doused with flour outside a Paris nightclub by activists from People For The Ethical Treatment of Animals.

The group targeted Lohan for wearing fur.

The attack happened Saturday night as Lohan and her companion DJ Samantha Ronson were entering a nightclub.

Ronson, writing on her MySpace blog, condemned the attack.

"The girl who threw (the flour) acted like an animal herself," Ronson wrote.

"I take that back, it's an insult to animals to group her in with them, my dog is FAR more civilized than that person."

Ronson adds: "I think there are plenty of families that could have used that flour for a meal. Nice job, lady."

The nightclub's owner helped Lohan dust off her blue sequined dress and the apparent black fur stole that sparked the activists' attack before posing on the red carpet.

"It's a pity that some groups feel the need to assault people as opposed to fighting with words," Ronson said.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Lindsay Lohan was attacked by an alleged stalker outside a nightclub in Scottsdale, AZ on Tuesday night.

According to the local ABC affiliate, Lohan was at the Jackrabbit Lounge where Samantha Ronson was performing at an event sponsored by BlackBerry.

The station reports the pair were leaving the club when 38-year-old Daniel Patrick Combs allegedly lunged at Lohan.

Jackrabbit Lounge club owner Dan Wierck said, "The gentleman became very excited when he realized he was so close to Samantha and he has a history of being a stalker with Lindsay Lohan so he immediately attacked her and started yelling, 'I love her, I love her.'"

Lohan reportedly recognized Combs, who was subdued by the club's security until police arrived.

Neither Lohan or Ronson were injured in the attack.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - DJ Samantha Ronson was rushed to Cedars-Sinai hospital in Los Angeles on Sunday, suffering from what is being described as "exhaustion."

Ronson's friend Lindsay Lohan is reportedly by the DJ's side.

"She's been suffering from depression and from lack of food and sleep. Gal pal Lindsay Lohan has been helping her through this as she has been through it herself two years ago, "Life&Style magazine quote friends of Ronson as saying.

Calls to Lohan's publicist for comment have not been returned.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Following a war of words on their respective blogs, Michael Lohan says he and his daughter Lindsay have called a truce.

"There is a truce between Lindsay and I, so please stop adding any fuel to the fire. I respectfully ask that all sources, so called friends and mouthpieces refrain from any more comments or suggestions on her blog," Michael Lohan wrote Monday morning.

Michael Lohan fired the opening shot in the online father-daughter feud when he began attacking Samantha Ronson, Lindsay's companion, calling her "a drug."

"...[B]esides being a user and supplier, Sam IS a drug! Just like a drug she is controlling!" Lohan wrote on his blog after Lindsay decided to spend the holidays with Samantha in California.

"Can you imagine Lindsay NOT coming home for Christmas! I can't! She never did this before. And even if she has an issue with me over Sam, how about her brothers and sisters!" Lohan wrote.

Lindsay fired back on her own blog, claiming her father was guilty of infidelity and had fathered a child out of wedlock.

"My father just let my family and I know, amongst others that he had another child after my little sister Aliana, or maybe he had it before Aliana?? either way, he cheated on my mother and that really sucks... MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!" Lindsay Lohan wrote.

Michael Lohan denied the allegations.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Lindsay Lohan and her DJ girlfriend Samantha Ronson have broken up, Access Hollywood reports.

Access cites a source close to the couple confirming the split.

Lohan has reportedly moved out of the Los Angeles area home that she shared with Ronson and has moved into a place of her own.

The split follows several very public fights between the pair.

On New Year's Eve, the couple reportedly got into a fight at an event the couple was hosting in Miami. The pair were seen shouting at each other by several bystanders.

The New York Post reports the fight turned physical later at the hotel where the two were staying.

"They were punching each other. It was scary," a witness told the Post.

At the time however, Lohan's publicist downplayed the incident.

"There was an argument - I don't know the details - but they left for LA together and it's fine," the publicist told the Post.

So far, no official confirmation of the split has been issued.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - In a candid and frank discussion, Lindsay Lohan talks about the perils of celebrity and drug use with Lauren Hutton for February's Interview magazine.

"People really have come to believe that I started in this because I wanted to be a celebrity. But that was never my intention. I wanted to be a movie star. But movie stars are not what they used to be," Lohan says.

Lohan says because of the constant media attention directed towards her personal life, her acting ability has been overshadowed.

"What hurts me the most is that I work just as hard as any other actress around my age, like Scarlett Johansson, but I just don't get the opportunities that they get because people are so distracted by the mess that I created in my life. But that doesn't mean it's going to last forever," Lohan told Hutton.

While Lohan says she understands the interest in her life, she does blame the media intrusion for some of her more infamous moments.

"You know, my car accident that I got into, where I got my first charge, I wouldn't have been speeding up like I was if I didn't have people shoving cameras in my windows," Lohan says.

And that's not the only time her fame had turned dangerous.

"It's okay for someone to chase me and then try to cut me off so I ram my car into a tree . . . I mean, I know this guy was trying to do his job, but his 'job' almost landed me half-dead," Lohan said.

Lohan says now there's really no place in the world she can go to escape the press.

"When I was in Dubai, there was still press lined up around the hotel. So I find it close to impossible to actually do that. I mean, it is what it is. This is what I asked for, and in this day and age that's what actually goes on."

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Lindsay Lohan may be looking to restart her acting career by working with Warren Beatty.

Lohan, 22, and Beatty, 71, met on December 19th to discuss future projects, Life&Style reports.

“It was a very long meeting, several hours,” a source tells the magazine. “They could team up.”

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - An X17online photographer witnessed an apparent blow-up between Lindsay Lohan and her girlfriend Samantha Ronson at Planet Hollywood's Prive nightclub in Las Vegas on Monday night.

According to X17online's photographer, Ronson arrived by car in Las Vegas on Monday afternoon alone. However, Lohan apparently drove herself from Los Angeles to Las Vegas to surprise Ronson sometime later in the evening.

Lohan, armed with several dozen roses, surprised Ronson as she was preparing to DJ at the Las Vegas hotspot. That's apparently when the two had some kind of argument.

"The two started to argue and hide in the DJ booth. Lindsay ducked down, popped up a few seconds later, and began dancing wildly," the X17 photographer said.

Samantha left the club around 3a.m., reportedly throwing up behind a curtain on the way out.

On the way to her Porsche, a photographer asked Sam if she played any of Lindsay's songs during her sets, to which she replied "Often," and hurried to her car.

Later, Lohan was spotted walking to her car with a drink in her hand, at which point she handed it to the club security guard.

"I cant believe that f*cking b*tch left me!" Lohan could be heard saying.

The "Mean Girls" star then got into her own car, alone and left the hotel. People who are familiar with Lohan's behavior fear she could be having a relapse of her alcohol and drug problem.

"Lindsay definitely appeared to be messed up on something, that's for sure. I've covered Lindsay for years and this is almost the worst I've ever seen here. She's back to the place she was two years ago before she ended up in rehab. I'm worried about her; it looks like her life is spinning out of control," an X17 photographer said.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Samantha Ronson, Lindsay Lohan's celebrity DJ girlfriend, is denying she became ill at a Las Vegas hotel.

On Tuesday, an X17 photographer reported seeing Ronson throw-up behind a curtain shortly after finishing her performance at Prive.

Today, Ronson posted the following entry on her official MySpace blog, "i don't puke behind curtains- that's disgusting. i have way more respect for maintenance people than that.... if i felt sick and there was paparazzi around i would def aim for them." (sic)

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Lindsay Lohan is not expected to appear in a Beverly Hills Courtroom today to respond to an arrest warrant issued in connection with her 2007 drunk driving conviction the Associated Press reports.

Lohan's attorney Shawn Chapman Holley told the AP that she will appear on behalf of her client.

In a statement, Holley said that the arrest warrant was "born out of a misunderstanding" and she was "confident" she could "clear [it] up next week."

It was also reported yesterday that the reason for the arrest was Lindsay's recent trip to Vegas - apparently the starlet still has restricted license (stemming from her second DUI in 2007), and she's only allowed to use it for driving to and from work.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - The arrest warrant issued in connection with Lindsay's 2007 DUI is possibly related to her recent trip to Las Vegas to visit girlfriend Samantha Ronson.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - An arrest warrant for Lindsay Lohan has been recalled by a judge in Beverly Hills.

Lohan's attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, made a brief appearance in court this morning and assured the judge that Lohan would continue to inform the court of her progress following a 2007 conviction for DUI. The judge reminded the attorney it is Lohan's responsibility to inform the court of any changes in her treatment.

The "Mean Girls" actress had reportedly missed several of her required alcohol and drug education classes.

Lohan will enroll in a new alcohol and drug program. Lohan has not tested positive for drug use since her conviction.

The judge wants an update on April 3rd.

Lohan left the house to the R.I.G.H.T Program for alcohol counseling.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Just hours after being order to resume alcohol education classes, Lindsay Lohan was spotted at the Mondrian Hotel in West Hollywood on Monday night.

While pulling in to the club, Lindsay's driver struck a 30 foot mahogany "door" that flanks the hotel's entrance on Sunset Blvd.

"Lindsay was clearly annoyed that her driver got in a fender bender. She had to sit in the car and wait while the Mondrian security questioned the guy. Finally she gets a driver to avoid problems and then he causes problems," a source at the scene tells X17online.

No one was injured in the mishap, and Lohan left the hotel around 3:30 a.m.

In a new interview with Nylon magazine, Lohan says she can't change the fact that she's lived out her "college years" in the media spotlight.

"The websites, the gossip pages, and all of that stuff have hurt my career – they’re like the Burn Books of Hollywood… but I really don’t feel like I should have to prove myself to anyone because of living out my college years in the public eye. I’m glad everything happened the way it did," Lohan said.

Lohan also says she relates to, and respects, Britney Spears.

"She’s marketed as an entertainer, which is what she is. Not necessarily as, like, an artist. And I respect that about her, cause she doesn’t want to pretend," Lohan said.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Lindsay Lohan and her girlfriend were involved in a loud fight at their home in the Hollywood Hills, Monday night.

X17online photographers outside the house heard crying and screaming. Around 10:30pm a locksmith showed up at the house. Later Samantha told photographers outside that she locked herself in the bathroom.

"It sounded like Lindsay was going crazy in there - like a toddler throwing a temper tantrum. We've heard them fight before, but they've never had to call someone to the house like this!" the photographer said.

Lindsay wouldn't come out of the house, eyewitnesses could hear her crying and screaming, "I never cheated on you!"

Sam seemed calm and collected when she emerged from her house half an hour later, but sources say that she may have locked herself in the bathroom to get away from Lindsay, and that it was LINDSAY who called the locksmith to open the door.

"Labor Pains" will premiere on the ABC Family in August and the DVD will be released the following month.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Lindsay Lohan's estranged father Michael is speaking out about his daughter's break-up with long time girlfriend Samantha Ronson.

The elder Lohan, who has long been critical of Lindsay's relationship with the celebrity DJ, says Lindsay loves Samantha, "but it's over." He then goes on to attack Lindsay's mother Dina.

"As for Dina, she does nothing but take care of herself. Linds says that she is more of a mother to Dina than Dina to her. IF Dina would put ALL the kids first, instead of her own self interests and her own family, most of this would not have happened. LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Samantha Ronson's mother and sister sought information from the Beverly Hills Police Department about getting restraining order following Samantha's break-up with Lindsay Lohan X17online has confirmed.

The police department directed them to file the proper paperwork the court.

The relationship between the celebrity DJ and the "Mean Girls" actress has been tumultuous with a signs of a big breakdown on the horizon last month when Sam ran off to Vegas without Lindsay for one of her gigs. Lohan followed her out there and a huge fight ensued.

On March 14, police were called to Samantha's house after the couple fought and a window was broken.

Then last Saturday, Sam had Lindsay banned from her sister Charlotte's party at Bar Chateau. The next day Sam had locksmiths at her house to change the locks to prevent Lohan from entering the home they once shared.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - In an interview with Us magazine, a crying and emotional Lindsay says her split from longtime girlfriend Samantha Ronson is "humiliating" and "absolute hell."

Lohan says she's "so alone" without Ronson. "Everyone's turned on me," says the actress.

As X17online first reported, the relationship began to crumble last month when Sam ran off to Vegas without Lindsay. Linds hopped in her car and chased her all the way to Vegas were a huge fight ensued. A couple of days later, a warrant was issued for her arrest.

But things only got worse. As X17online was the first to report, Sam changed the locks on the house the pair shared in the Hollywood Hills and then headed to the Beverly Hills Police Department headquarters to find out about getting a restraining order to keep Lilo away from Sam and her family.

"I think at this point its evident, that Dina has put other people (including her own family) before our children. Why do you think her best friends, who are her personal assistants, left and went their own way? I am so tired of the lies and the deception in the press and media that I have to finally bring attention to what really happened. Our children, including Lindsay, are the most important part of our lives and Dina has to see it that way, and set her priorities straight!," Lohan writes.

He says that Dina's lack of parental involvement is evident to his daughters.

"In the recent text from my daughter to me, Lindsay said that "she is more of a mother to Dina, than Dina is to her". That should say enough, but for Dina and her (slacking) significant other, Jim, to use Lindsay and overlook the well-being and welfare of my children, is more than I can take," Lohan writes.

Lohan also blames Dina for the financial issues surrounding the family's home in Long Island, New York. He closes the email with the admonishment to Dina that "our children are paramount and mean most in our lives."

The celebrity DJ was spotted shopping for pet supplies with a male friend on Robertson Blvd near Beverly Hills on Tuesday, but still seemed to be dealing with the effects of the break-up.

"I can tell that she's really having a hard time with the break-up," the X17online photographer said. "She looked visibly upset when I mentioned Lindsay's name."

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Lindsay Lohan continues to spend her days shopping and her nights out on the town.

Last night Lindsay left her house around 9:30pm with sister Ali and a pal, and the ladies hopped into the infamous black matte Rolls Royce Phantom and headed to the Sunset Tower hotel, where they stayed for about 2 hours.

After that, the gang went to Chateau Marmont, where they stayed for approximately 2 and a half hours.

After hanging out at the legendary hotel, the ladies headed straight to Lindsay's house, and rather than calling it a night, they stayed outside and proceeded to throw eggs at the paps.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Yesterday afternoon, a burglar alarm went off at Lindsay Lohan's house and police found evidence of "a potential break-in and ransacking."

The Associated Press reports that the alarm company called the police to alert them that someone had tripped an alarm at the house around 3 p.m. Regarding the unkempt state of the home, one officer asked, "Is it normally like this, or did the intruders do it?" After further investigation, police determined no one had entered the home nor had anything been stolen.

Lohan and her sister Ali are in Europe right now. The younger sibling was working on record music in a Paris studio, according to Lindsay Lohan's Twitter page. The pair reportedly headed to the south of France today for the Cannes Film Festival.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - News of a suspected robbery attempt at actress Lindsay Lohan's Hollywood Hills home broke Thursday morning with reports offering details of Lohan's home alarm going off, security being called, and a messy home interior.

Police quickly ruled out a home invasion saying the home seemed to be in a state of disorganization not caused by anyone other that Lohan herself.

Then yesterday afternoon, the Los Angeles Police Department released photos of suspects they say tried to enter Lohan's property.

Below is how the LAPD news release read:

On May 12, 2009, a pair of burglars attempted to break into a home in the Hollywood Hills during broad daylight and their images were caught on surveillance video. The Los Angeles Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating those suspects as well as the vehicle.

Just before 3:00 p.m., surveillance photos captured a 4-door gray Dodge Magnum station wagon with paper plates and custom wheels parked in front of the home with two men inside. While the driver stayed inside, the passenger suspect stepped out of the vehicle, walked through a gate and entered the backyard of the residence located in the 2200 block of El Contento Drive. Investigators believed that the suspect tried to gain entry by using an unknown type tool to pry open a back window and door. After the unsuccessful attempt, the suspects drove off.

The photos showed one suspect covered his face with a bandana and was last seen wearing a two-tone baseball cap with an emblem, a tan or gray long sleeve shirt, blue jeans and white sneakers. Police were unable to provide a description of the suspect who stayed inside the getaway car.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Has Lindsay Lohan given up her sobriety?

After leaving former girlfriend Samatha Ronson's house this weekend, Lindsay headed to Bottega Marino in Los Angeles' Larchmont Village.

Inside the Italian deli, Lindsay sampled some olives and appeared to pick out a bottle of wine.

"Lindsay's bodyguard carried the bag out of the store," a witness tells X17online. "It looked like she didn't want us to see her with it."

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Last night, Lindsay Lohan went to a party on Blue Jay Way in the Hollywood Hills, but apparently the soiree wasn't all that amazing, because Linds headed straight back to her house.

However, instead of brushing her teeth and slipping into some PJs, Linds left her pad around 1 a.m. and drove over to former girlfriend Samantha Ronson's house.

Of course, Samantha wasn't home - we caught up with the DJ at The Bar on Sunset, and a source inside the club tells X17online exclusively:

"When I walked inside, I spotted Samantha chatting it up with two girls - one blonde and one brunette. It seemed innocent enough, but this is just the kind of thing that would send Lindsay over the edge."

Lindsay found the bar that Sam was at, and after waiting by Samantha's black Porsche for a few minutes, Lindsaysped off and drove back to Samantha's house. After waiting for a short while, Samantha finally pulled up into her garage, and Lindsay hopped out of the car and headed straight for the Sam's door.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Lindsay Lohan's upcoming role in "The Other Side" was originally intended for Katie Holmes, the film's director tells E! News.

In fact, Holmes provided David Michaels with a lot of input on the character.

"Katie would call me from Berlin at 4 a.m. her time to go over ideas and notes," said Michaels, who also cowrote the script.

"We did this over successive weeks while she was there with Tom when he was filming Valkyrie. The result of our collaboration has tremendously improved the arc and dynamic of the lead character."

Holmes eventually had to drop out due to scheduling problems after the film ran into funding problems - providing a much needed opportunity for Lohan to prove she's a bankable star.

"Lindsay's very aware of people's perceptions of her," Michaels told Daily Variety earlier this month. "She's really committed to doing what she has to in order to change that."

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - After a night of partying that included stops at the W hotel in Westwood and a small get-together at Adrian Grenier's house, Lindsay Lohan spent the rest of the night searching for ex-girlfriend Samantha Ronson.

Photographers followed Lindsay's white Mazaratti as she cruised around spots where Ronson usually hangs out.

"The car stopped at places where Sam frequents such as Dark Room on Melrose, The Bar on Sunset and Bronson and then up to Beachwood to Sam's house. Nobody got out of the car, and after driving all over Los Angeles, the car finally returned to Lindsay's house. It seemed like this was a desperate attempt on Lindsay's part to find out where Sam was," an X17online photographer said.

Eventually Lindsay returned to her home in West Hollywood.

The pair were spotted together boarding a flight at London's Heathrow airport.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Investigators in London are looking into allegations that nearly a half million dollars worth of jewelry was stolen from a photo shoot featuring Lindsay Lohan.

Elle magazine says a necklace and earrings are missing after the shoot that took place in early June.

Lindsay Lohan is not believed to be connected to the theft in any way.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Rumors are swirling that the on-again, off-again relationship between Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson is over.

Online reports suggest the couple broke-up again Monday night after an argument.

Some say that Ronson ended the relationship at the urging of her friend Nicole Richie, who is apparently no fan of Lohan's. Richie reportedly even went so far as to ban Lohan from a party she was throwing.

Meantime, others are saying the couple never really reconciled after their split last month. They claim Ronson only allowed Lindsay back "as a friend" and that Lohan's constant manic behavior is the reason for the split.

So far neither Ronson or Lohan has commented publicly about the reported split.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Lindsay Lohan and reality TV star Brittny Gastineau were spotted having a girls night out in Hollywood on Wednesday.

The two got a late start on the evening, heading to Nobu for dinner at around midnight. After about an hour at the exclusive Japanese restaurant, the two jumped into a chauffeur driven Rolls Royce for the trip over to the MyHouse nightclub.

They left the club shortly after 2 a.m.

Later, Lindsay was spotted arriving at former girlfriend Samantha Ronson's house in the Hollywood Hills, this as new reports claim the couple has once again broken up.

After pleading with someone inside the house for several minutes, Lindsay entered the house where she remained for the rest of the morning.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Lindsay Lohan was spotted with "American Idol" host Ryan Seacrest at Chateau Marmont last night.

After meeting up at the Sunset Blvd. hotel around 8:30 last night, the pair headed over to H-Wood nightclub. The left the club together around midnight.

"Lindsay was obviously trying to hid from the paps - Ryan didn't seem to care," an X17photographer said. "It was almost as if he were proud to be with Lindsay. Ryan was laughing while Lindsay ducked down behind the seat of the car when they left H-wood."

The party continued late into the morning at Lindsay's house, where neighbors called police because of the loud music. Two officers went inside at 3:30 am. About a half hour laters, Lindsay and Ryan decamped for his house in the Hollywood Hills.

"They were obviously partying inside at Lindsay's. The music was so loud," a witness tells X17online.

Lindsay apparently spent the rest of the evening at Seacrest's house.

"I couldn't believe I was seeing the tow of them together," an X17online photographer said. " I don't think Ryan has any idea what he's getting into."

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Lindsay Lohan locked herself out of her West Hollywood home Tuesday night, so she called a locksmith to try to help her get back inside.

However, before the locksmith could replace the locks, a friend managed to gain access to the home through a back window.

Lindsay offered the locksmith $20, but the man asked for $300 instead, the cost of a house call.

Lindsay then enlisted the paparazzi's help in chasing the locksmith away from her property without paying him.

An X17online photographer said "Lindsay's mood was very sad. She was waiting for the locksmith to help her but wound up getting in by herself, and didn't want to pay. She asked us for help and it seemed like she needed it. We felt bad for her."

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Lindsay Lohan and her 6126 business partner Kristi Kaylor are hoping to create some "unforgettable TV and movie content" with a new production company, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The company, called "Unforgettable Productions," plans on weaving digital media into everything they create, and it appears as though their primary focus is television programming.

"We're taking a 360-degree approach," Kaylor said. "Lindsay is 23 years old, and she's so plugged in to mobile media."

Unforgettable are developing several different projects including a TV show called "Faux Real," which is described as "Entourage" for the fashion world.

There's also a dating game tentatively called "That's What Friends Are For" and a "docu-cause" TV show the pair will produce in conjunction with a charitable organization.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Early Friday morning, X17online photographers captured Lindsay Lohan camping out on former girlfriend Samantha Ronson's doorstep.

Lohan arrived at Ronson's Hollywood Hills home with an assistant (driving Samantha's car), at 4am, when it was still dark outside. Our photogs informed Lohan that the DJ wasn't home.

"Not yet," Lohan inquired.

But after placing several phone calls and knocking repeatedly on the door, it became apparent that Sam wasn't coming home anytime soon. But that didn't deter Lindsay, who sat down on the stoop and waited for two and a half hours.

At one point, when the sun had started to come up, Lohan thought she heard a noise inside and pleaded with Sam to open the door, the photographers again informed her, Sam wasn't home.

After almost falling asleep on the doorstep, eventually, Lindsay called her bodyguard to come and pick her up and take her back home.

Speaking to X17online, Lindsay's father Michael Lohan describes the incident.

"Lindsay called me frantically this morning when she arrived home - ironically someone set the alarm to 'off,' and it wasn't Lindsay who was supposed to set it. They have security video of three people robbing the house; one of the guys was smoking a cigarette and left it in the house. I'm asking for a DNA and fingerprint test on it."

Lohan says he believes the thieves may be known to his daughter.

"Someone who was around Lindsay, or who knew of Lindsay's itinerary, had to be responsible for this. It's horrible that people are violating her in so many ways, either taking money from her or literally robbing her."

Lohan also said he will continue working until the suspects are caught.

"I'm not going to stop on this. Hopefully the LAPD will do a full investigation, but I'm not going to stop until we find out who did this"

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - DJ AM, née Adam Goldstein, was memorialized at the Hollywood Palladium last night in a service that resembled a 12-step meeting.

In addition to former fiancée Nicole Richie, hundreds of people showed up to pay their respects, including Lindsay Lohan, Samantha Ronson, Rebecca Gayheart and Eric Dane.

Longtime pal Brent Bolthouse spoke at the meeting, as well as AM's girlfriend Hayley Wood.

The toxicology report has yet to be released, but it's been confirmed that Oxycontin was in AM's system when he died, and crack cocaine was found on the scene.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Lindsay Lohan has been asked to join fashion house Emanuel Ungaro as an artistic advisor.

WWD reports that her first collection with the label will debut in Paris on October 4th.

The decision to hire Lindsay seems like a publicity-motivated one. Mounir Moufarrige, Ungaro’s chief executive officer, told the mag, "I think the noise level around Lindsay will be very, very big.”

But Lindsay sees this as an opportunity to flex her fashion chops (she already designs a line of leggings, 6126) and take the label to a "younger place."

“When I’m involved in a project, I give my all to it,” Lindsay said. “I’ve always played a big part in what I wear, the costumes. Clothing is something that’s so expressive in so many ways...To be in a position where I’m working with a fashion house in Paris sets it apart from every other celebrity brand.”

Lindsay will likely be walking the runway at the close of the Paris show along with chief designer, Estrella Archs.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Lindsay Lohan is apparently in talks to participate in the last ever Celebrity Big Brother in the UK.

The Sun spotted Lohan in talks with BB production company Endemol in Singapore, where she's currently hosting F1 Rocks.

Lindsay's already announced her intent to get into the reality game behind the camera, and working with reality production powerhouse Endemol would be a great learning experience for Lohan.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - It seems obvious to everyone (except for Dina) that Lindsay is in serious trouble of some sort. But her father, Michael Lohan, is drawing criticism for the way he's spoken out publicly about his daughter's need for help.

Michael told X17online last night that he will continue to call attention to her problems, as it may be the only way to get her the help she needs.

"Thanks for helping me to bring more attention to this horrible and heartbreaking situation. I want to say however, that part of this pinnacle was when I saw pix of Akon and others groping at my daughter when she seemed to be in an defenseless state. After all she has been through and how she has been taken advantage of for so long and in so many ways, a father never wants to see his child in situations like that. And any father who says otherwise is a liar. I will never overlook any violation of someone I love."

Dina told The Post that she doesn't approve of the way that Michael's been speaking out about his troubled daughter, saying he's "making things up." Ummm, have ya seen her lately, Dina? There's no doubt she needs help.

Dina went on to say, "I've had full custody of all my children for the last 10 years. He has been incarcerated for some of that time, so whatever is going on in Lindsay's personal life is our business. And for him getting paid to say things about her when he's five months behind in child support is wrong."

When asked what Michael's referring to when he talked about Lilo's issues, Dina replied, "I have no idea what he is talking about. I can't comment on everything my ex says." Perhaps if Dina spent more time as a parent and less time on her shoe collection, she'd have an "idea of what he's talking about!"

In response to Dina's public criticism of how her ex speaks to the press (hypocrite, much?), Michael told us:

"I'm not going to get into a mud slinging contest with Dina. What I said was and is the truth and, for good reason, we should all be concerned. Lindsay is our daughter and her health and well being should come first.

I never get paid for the statements I make, and I am not estranged from Lindsay. Maybe she is angry with me, for good reason, but when she has a problem and needs help, she calls me right away. Such was the case when she was robbed, along with a number of other situations.

As far as child support, I am not 5 months behind, and as a matter of fact, I give Dina and my children money that isn't even part of my child support payments. For Dina to say something like this, isn't it exactly what she said I should do? The difference is, I am not slamming anyone or airing dirty laundry, instead, I am taking a pro-active stance to help and possibly save my child.

I have nothing bad to say about Dina. The time I was married to her she was a great mother. As far as I am concerned, we need to take steps to bring Lindsay back to the person she was before the 'Doctor Feel Goods' and so called addiction specialists, got involved and changed her life. If anyone,they are the ones who need to be exposed, investigated and prosecuted."

Previously, Michael compared Lindsay to Britney, whose life is back on track after a familial intervention...but now he's saying her situation could be closer to Jacko's or Anna Nicole's...let's just hope she gets the help she needs before she ends up like one of them!

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Michael Lohan told X17online exclusively that if a judge won't grant him a conservatorship over his troubled daughter, Lohan would kidnap Lindsay to take her to a secret location to "get her straight."

After Lohan was granted an extension on her probation at a hearing Friday, Michael told X17online, "I'm going to see the judge this week - I can't believe they didn't drug test Lindsay when she went into court. If I can't get a conservatorship, then I'm going to take her to an undisclosed location and get her straight. But I know I'm gonna get charged with kidnapping. Lindsay doesn't even know; she thinks she's herself but with all these prescription drugs and other stuff."

Lindsay got special permission from the judge to leave Los Angeles on Sunday night to jet off to New York for a charity event Tuesday. It's not known if she'll be seeing her father, who lives in the state, while she's there.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Last night, after partying at club Wonderland, Lindsay Lohan left in the car of an underage paparazzo, who got pulled over by the cops when he ran a red light!

After a full day on a photo shoot at Chateau Marmont, Lindsay decided to unwind with a night out with pals. However, things got really interesting when she left the club! Lindsay hopped into a car with 16-year-old paparazzo, Austin Visschedyk, who sped off down Hollywood Blvd., ran a red light and got pulled over by the cops -- as Lindsay hid in the back seat!

An X17online photographer on the scene told us:

"Lindsay was on her photo shoot at the Chateau Marmont for what seemed like an eternity -- from 3:00 pm to 1:30 am. After that she went to Wonderland night club with a few friends at 1:40 am. When she left the night club, at 2:20 AM, she jumped inside of a 16-year-old paparazzo's car! He was speeding down Hollywood and when he passed the red light on the corner of Hollywood and La Brea, the cops pulled him over! Lindsay looked so embarrassed, she just hid her face in the backseat the entire time!"

I guess when you don't have a license, you can't be too picky who your designated driver is, but next time, Lindz, pick someone who's had their license for more than a minute!

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Yesterday, Lindsay Lohan's bodyguard was stopped by the cops, thrown against his car, cuffed and hauled away after he broke through a police barricade on Sunset, defying their orders to stop.

It's not clear what made him think he so desperately needed to get through or why he wouldn't get in trouble for doing so but he took his chances and it did NOT pay off!

He was just on his way to pick up Lindsay at her apartment near the Sunset Marquis hotel and that's why police were around -- there was something going down at the Marquis.

Anyway, I guess Mr. Bodyguard was feeling the pressure to get to his boss and her new boyfriend, so he just busted through!

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - After spending a week in Morocco, last night Lindsay Lohan went straight from the airport to the clubs without missing a beat!

She landed at LAX and went straight to the Beverly Hills Hotel, where she stayed for about two hours (probably working on that weave!)

Lindsay started off the evening at a Kitson event and then headed to Voyeur, where she stayed until 1AM with Paris and Nicky Hilton and several other friends. The group then headed to a private house party off Sunset, and while Paris and Nicky left around 4AM, Lindsay wasn't seen walking out the door until 6:40AM.

During the early morning festivities, we spotted Brandon Davis and Lindsay Lohan hanging out in a bathroom, and an X17 photographer tells X17online exclusively, "I couldn't believe these two were hanging out. After the Firecrotch incident, I thought Lindsay would never even look at Brandon without punching him in the face, but they seem to have found some common ground."

Later on, Stavros donned an interesting disguise and chucked everything from eggs to salsa at photographers, and our X17 lensman told us, "Stavros was going crazy. He grabbed everything he could from the kitchen and went out on the balcony and started throwing things at us. But he was laughing and having fun. I guess he hasn't been in the spotlight since he and Paris broke up so he was clearly enjoying the attention."

Paris, Nicky and Stavros left separately just before 4am, but Lindsay showed no signs of slowing down. Our photographer tells us, "It seemed like Lindsay was having a standoff against photographers to see who could stay up the longest! Lindsay was totally partying like a rock star. She can outlast all the others, that's for sure. She's Queen of the Night!"

We finally caught Lindsay leaving at 6:40am, and one of her girlfriends picked her up in a black Mercedes.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - After the New Moon premiere and official afterparty, the celebration continued at Teddy's in Hollywood last night, but it wasn't just for the film's stars!

Lindsay Lohan was reunited with her former flame Samantha Ronson, but rather than a romantic rendezvous, it looks like Lindsay was insanely jealous that Samantha was hanging out with New Moon star Kellan Lutz.

Shortly after Lindsay arrived at the club, we spotted Samantha giving Kellan a hug outside of the Roosevelt, and right after that Lindsay tweeted, "Too bad I can catch someone in a lie when I heart voyeur ... s is with kellun hahahahahahaha ... so much for s not being "public" guess fame is better with premiere kids."

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Saturday night's hit and run between Lindsay Lohan's driver and a photographer outside The Hotel Cafe may be more serious than just a standard traffic issue, we've just learned that the driver may be charged with assault with a deadly weapon!

The LAPD tells X17online that although the case is "still under investigation," it's possible that the collision between Lohan's car and photographer Koko, could turn into an "ADW," which, if convicted, carries a minimum sentence of 2 to 4 years.

“That girl was driving like an aggressive b*tch," says Koko, about Lindsay's driver who was wearing her sunglasses in the dead of night. "She knocked me down on the ground and she didn’t give a sh*t — she didn’t bother to even roll down the window and yell out to me to see if I was okay. LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Last night Lindsay Lohan went to the launch of Vida at Voyeur, and though there are reports that a sex tape featuring the actress is about to surface, she kept her cool as she hit the red carpet and partied with the likes of Brittny Gastineau, Leonardo DiCaprio, host Sofia Vergara and the cast of Jersey Shore.

Sources inside the club tell X17online that Lindsay briefly chatted with Jersey Shore star Pauly D, but she clearly had her eye DJ Jus Ske, who was at the soiree spinning records. Our insider tells X17online, "Lindsay and Jus Ske were very affectionate with each other - she even kissed him twice, they looked like a couple to me!" After Lindsay had her fill of the party, she left with the DJ, whom she spent a fair amount of time with on her recent vacation to St. Barthelemy.

While Lindsay's love life seems to be looking up, it seems as though a past boyfriend is planning to humiliate the actress, as the Daily Mail reports that a 47 second tape of Lindsay engaging in a sex act is making the rounds in Los Angeles. The man shopping the video around is a waiter at a well-known chain restaurant, and apparently he's been told he has to release the footage to an "offshore porn site," and it will then be available worldwide.

A source told the Mirror: "This video file is dynamite. It is pretty seedy and shows Lindsay engaged in a particular sex act which, obviously, should remain behind closed doors. If and when it is released on the internet, via a spurious, unofficial website, there is absolutely nothing she or her lawyers can do about it."

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Just 24 hours after her hot make out session with French actor Aurelien Wiik at Church Boutique on Monday night, Lindsay Lohan partied with former fling Jason Segel at the Chateau Marmont on Tuesday evening.

Lindsay arrived at the Chateau around 10pm and left around 1:30am, at which point she went to a private party in the Hollywood Hills with several pals. X17 photographers tell X17online that the house party was right around the corner from Jennifer Aniston's pad, and Lindsay stayed until the wee hours of the morning.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Lindsay Lohan went back to being a brunette last night, but she did not go back to her French-kissing Frenchman!

While Lindsay partied at Villa with Brody Jenner, Kristin Cavallari and Samantha Ronson, her one-time hook-up, Aurelien Wiik was at Voyeur.

Says an X17online spy inside the club:

Aurelien had a hard time getting in - standing outside in the cold for about 25 minutes in line waiting to get in. But regardless, I am super impressed that he was able to get into the hottest club on the hottest night. Is he a celebrity now? After only one night of being with Lindsay? How absurd.

Perhaps Wiik thought he could turn his one-night stand into a pseudo-relationship by trying to run into Lindz at the Thursday night hot-spot. Next time, check Samantha Ronson's schedule. She and Lindz may have been there last week, but this week Lindsay followed the DJ to her gig at Villa!

Our insider goes on to say:

Aurelien was wearing this puffy jacket with a fur lined hood that he had up and over his head the entire night as though he is that big and doesn't want to be recognized. Even more absurd. He was very enamored by the club and kept on looking around at the nude dancers and all the chaos going on around him.

When he left, photogs asked him if he was going to rendez-vous with Lindsay, and Wiik responded by shooting back with his camera phone and saying, "You're wasting your time... I don't want your life." Because being a Hollywood star-f*#ker is so much better!

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Last night Lindsay Lohan was supposed to fly to Austria to accompany Richard Lugnar to the Vienna Opera Ball this evening, but the actress ended up missing her 7pm flight. Lindsay even tried to grab a seat on another jet, but the plane was completely full so she gave up and went home, partying until the wee hours of the morning with her sister Ali.

Lindsay, her assistant and Ali started off at the Chateau Marmont around midnight, and then they went to the Tea Room around 1:45am, but she only stayed for about 15 minutes, chatting with the owner and sitting at their table. A source inside the club tells X17online exclusively:

"Lindsay looked super stressed and antsy when she arrived at her favorite Wednesday night haunt. She showed up in a rush, hung out for about 10 minutes and then left with the owner around 2am. Her facial expressions were even apparent in the pitch dark club - she didn't look drunk, but she definitely looked like she was freaking out about something."

After the Tea Room, Lindsay headed to a private house party, where sources tell us she stayed past 4am.

LOS ANGELES, California - Famed director Barry Levinson has signed on to direct the controversial Gotti , starring John Travolta and Lindsay Lohan.

69-year-old Levinson has directed such films as Wag the Dog, Sleepers and Good Morning, Vietnam.

No stranger to mob movies, Levinson directed Bugsy with Warren Beatty starring as gangster Bugsy Siegel.

And Gotti is no stranger to drama already. The film will cover the life of famed American gangster John Gotti, with Travolta in the leading role. Victims of Gotti's crimes have spoken out against it, and original director Nick Cassavetes had to drop out due to scheduling conflicts.

Mafia movie regular Joe Pesci will also star, as will Lindsay Lohan. Lohan was signed on to one part, then was switched to another role after rumors that she would not be doing the film were squashed. She will play John Gotti Jr.'s wife Kim in what could be a comeback role for the starlet.
