LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Hannah Montana's Miley Cyrus is apologizing to fans for appearing in photos for the upcoming issue of Vanity Fair in which she appears to be topless.

The 15 year-old Disney Channel star told Entertainment Tonight she was "embarrassed" by the pix: "I took part in a photo shoot that was supposed to be 'artistic' and now, seeing the photographs and reading the story, I feel so embarrassed."

The photos were shot by Annie Leibovitz and they show Miley with white blanket wrapped around her torso.

As ET report, when Vanity Fair's Bruce Handy interviewed the singer/actress in May, she thought the spread was "perfectly fine." But a Disney spokesperson said, "Unfortunately, as the article suggests, a situation was created to deliberately manipulate a 15-year-old in order to sell magazines."

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Kate Hudson graces the cover of People's 19th annual special issue featuring the "100 Most Beautiful" stars of 2008.

In an exclusive sit down interview, Hudson tells the magazine about her beauty secrets, her relationship with Owen Wilson ("It's personal."), her ex husband Chris Robinson, and answers the burning question about why son Ryder's hair is so long. "Why is it so weird? My son likes his hair. He likes his hair long because it's like his father's," she tells the magazine. Hudson also opens up about how she shed nearly 70lbs after giving birth to Ryder, and how she quit smoking, "I quit New Years, cold turkey. I'm so happy."

People also talked with Hudson about being compared to her mom, Goldie Hawn, and the actress said, "Oh gosh, if I look anything like she does when I'm 60, I'm going to be a very happy, happy lady. She's a beautiful woman and an amazing mother."

"I've never been a big makeup person," says Hudson. "I'd go to school with my zit medicine on. That's how much I didn't care. I think it's why all the popular girls had a problem with me." Hudson is one of 11 stars in the issue, including Brooke Shields, Vanessa Hudgens and Kristen Bell who posed without wearing any makeup except untinted moisturizer and lip balm.

The "100 Most Beautiful" issue also pays tribute to a group of celebs who have made the list so many times, they're in the "Hall of Fame." Nicole Kidman (who has made the list 9 times), talks to People for the first time about her pregnancy. "Being pregnant is one of the most profound experiences...I'm realizing the power and the beauty of being wholly responsible for nurturing, feeding. My blood is running through this little person and bringing it to life. So it's not necessarily that I feel beautiful, it's that I feel a purpose." Joining Kidman in the "Hall of Fame" are Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt, Matthew McConaughey, Halle Berry (who has made the list 12 times) and George Clooney.

"The New Classics" is a list of 2008's fab faces who put a twist on tradition. Miley Cyrus kicks off the list as "The Phenom" and she says, "what I've learned is that you don't have to be stuck to being one thing. When I do change my look, I think it's fun." Joining Cyrus on the list are Ashton Kutcher (The Practical Joker), Kate Beckinsale (The Brit Import), Christina Applegate (The Comeback Kid), and Sarah Silverman (The Funny Honey).

The "Heating Up" list is another new category that gives a nod to the new talents, rising stars and the next generation of Hollywood beauty. Celebrities such as Rumor Willis (The It Girl), Amanda Beard (The Olympian), Anna Friel (The Cult favorite), Jason Taylor (The Dancing Defensive End), and George Clooney's girlfriend, Sarah Larson (The Newbie) all made the list. When asked if she feels more beautiful when she's in love, Larson says, "Doesn't everybody?"

Also included in the issue are David Beckham, Rihanna, Ashton Kutcher, Beyoncé Knowles, Taylor Swift, Carrie Underwood, Jennifer Lopez, Mary J. LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Hannah Montana star Miley Cyrus, nee Destiny Hope, has legally changed her name to her more famous moniker.

The family petitioned the Los Angeles Superior Court to change the 15 year-old's name to her long-time nickname, which originated from "Smiley," according to the family. Her new middle name is a tribute to her famous singer/actor father, Billy Ray Cyrus.

The teen made headlines this week with her controversial upcoming Vanity Fair cover photo in which she appears to be topless, covered with a sheet. Cyrus spoke out, saying she was "embarrassed" by the photos shot by Annie Leibovitz.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - After her Vanity Fair photo scandal, it was reported yesterday that Disney had pulled Miley Cyrus out of her first scheduled appearance since the story broke earlier this week.

Cyrus, 15, was due to attend a media party in Orlando today to film the Disney Channel Games a charity competition with some of her fellow Disney Channel stars. However, Cyrus did make an appearance at Disney World yesterday to pose with Minnie Mouse.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Miley Cyrus is teaming up with John Travolta on the big screen and possibly in the recording studio. Cyrus, 15, and Travolta, 54, are both lending their voices to the upcoming animated Disney movie Bolt, and Travolta’s wife, Kelly Preston, told E! Online that the two could be making music together as well.

“Johnny may sing with Miley,” Preston said at the Step Up Women’s Network’s Inspiration Awards luncheon at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel on Sunday, May 11.

Preston added that Travolta’s 8-year-old daughter, Ella, is a huge Cyrus fan. They first met Cyrus when she opened for the Cheetah Girls nearly two years ago. “We [now] know Miley very well,” Preston said, “and she’s a sweetheart.”

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Production is currently underway for Walt Disney Pictures' Hannah Montana: The Movie, starring teen actress and singing sensation Miley Cyrus. This will be the 15-year-old's first full-length feature film, and filming will take place in and around Nashville, Tennessee, as well as Los Angeles, California.

Peter Chelsom will direct the music-filled comedy adventure based on the Disney Channel's hit television series, Hannah Montana, in which Cyrus plays a teenage girl who lives a secret life as a pop star. The film features Cyrus' father Billy Ray Cyrus, and Hannah Montana series regulars Emily Osment, Jason Earles, Mitchel Musso, Moises Arias as well as Melora Hardin, Margo Martindale and Ugly Betty's Vanessa Williams. Hannah Montana: The Movie is scheduled for a Spring 2009 release.

The Disney Channel series, Hannah Montana reaches more than 164 million unique total viewers worldwide and has held the number one spot among children 6-14 on U.S. cable television for the past two years. Cyrus' 70-date concert tour, "Hannah Montana & Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds" was a sell-out and among the top-grossing tours of 2007. Additionally, Forbes named Cyrus one of the Top-Earning Young Superstars, earning an estimated $18.2 million in 2007.

Cyrus recently finished her first solo album, which is scheduled for release in
July on Hollywood Records, and she will also be lending her voice to the upcoming Walt Disney Pictures' animated feature Bolt, which is slated to hit theaters later this fall.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - There was an accident on the Tennessee set of Hannah Montana: The Movie that caused minor injuries to a few extras and crew members yesterday. According to WKRN in Nashville, a projection screen was blown into a Ferris wheel, which children were riding during filming of a scene for the movie.

Brenda Blackford, a set extra, told the station: “When the wind caught it, all the cables were loose. It started flying. I was watching to see which corner of it was gonna hit the Ferris wheel because it was unavoidable.”

A Disney spokesperson gave the following statement to X17online:

"During a break in the filming of Hannah Montana: The Movie, a minor accident occurred involving a piece of production equipment. Fortunately, there were only a few minor injuries. Medical personnel have treated the extras and crew involved. None of the cast was on the set. Filming has resumed."

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Miley Cyrus will host the 2008 Teen Choice Awards, which celebrate the hottest teen icons in film, television, music, comedy, sports and fashion.

The CW's Gossip Girl earned an impressive 14 nominations, including Choice TV: Breakout Show, Choice TV Show: Drama, Choice TV Actor: Drama (both Chace Crawford and Penn Badgley) and Choice TV Actress: Drama (both Blake Lively and Leighton Meester).

MTV's The Hills earned several nods including Choice TV: Celebrity Reality, Choice TV: Male Reality/Variety Star (Brody Jenner), Choice TV: Female Reality/Variety Star (both Heidi Montag and Lauren Conrad) as well as Choice TV: Villain (Spencer Pratt).

Iron Man snagged four nominations, including Choice Movie: Action Adventure, Choice Movie Actor: Action Adventure (Robert Downey Jr.), Choice Movie Actress: Action Adventure (Gwyneth Paltrow) and Choice Movie: Villain (Jeff Bridges), while Stop-Loss got a pair of nominations for Choice Movie: Drama, as well as Choice Movie Actor: Drama (both Channing Tatum and Ryan Phillippe). Sex And The City earned a nomination for Choice Movie: Chick Flick.

Host Miley Cyrus earned four nominations for Choice TV Actress: Comedy, Choice TV Comedy, Choice Music: Single and Choice Music: Female Artist, a category she shares with Britney Spears, Fergie, Mariah Carey and Rihanna. Chris Brown snagged nine nominations and Justin Timberlake scored three, including Choice Music: Male Artist.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - LifeStyles Condoms has offered 15-year-old pop superstar Miley Cyrus $1 million to be a spokesperson for the company. Though the Hannah Montana star has vowed to save herself for marriage, the company says the young star should never say never, according to E! Online.

Carol Carrozza, Vice President of marketing for LifeStyles said, "Pop culture proves that teens are more ready than ever to discuss the subject of sex. We believe that Miley is both influential and relatable to this afflicted set—and is the obvious choice to get the message of safe sex out to teens across America."

However, Cyrus' representative told E! News, "We never received an offer, nor would she consider the offer."

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Miley Cyrus tells E! News she won't be sharing a kiss with singer Katy Perry at this Sunday's Teen Choice Awards. Perry said in a recent interview that she was hoping to kiss Cyrus onstage at the award show, just like the memorable smooch between Madonna and Britney Spears at the MTV VMAs in 2003.

When asked if she would participate, the Hannah Montana star told the show, "No thanks," and laughed. "She sang on my record. So I think she's kind of getting back at me, because she was doing harmonies and backgrounds."

Cyrus has been promoting her new album, Breakout, which is currently the number one album in the country. According to Reuters, the Disney star's album sold 371,000 copies in the week ending July 27, which is the second-largest debut for a female artist this year, behind Mariah Carey's E=MC2 release in April which sold 463,000 copies.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - The Jonas Brothers and the stars of Gossip Girl were the big winners at the tenth annual Teen Choice Awards on Sunday night.

The CW's hit show Gossip Girl took home seven awards, including Choice TV Show (Drama) and Choice TV Breakout Show. Actress Blake Lively took home Choice TV Actress (Drama) and Choice TV Breakout Star, while her co-star Chace Crawford won Choice TV Breakout Star (Male) and resident bad boy Ed Westwick won the Choice TV Villain award.

The Jonas Brothers took home 6 awards including Choice Music Single, Choice Breakout Group, Choice Music Love Song, Choice Summer Song, Choice Male Hottie and Choice Red Carpet Fashion Icon (Male).

The Academy Award winning film Juno fared well at the awards show, nabbing Choice Movie (Comedy) and star Ellen Page won awards for both Choice Movie Actress (Comedy) and Choice Movie Breakout Star (Female). Host Miley Cyrus performed her new single "7 Things" and snagged a few awards of her own, for Choice Music Female Artist, Choice TV Actress (Comedy) and Choice TV Show (Comedy) for her hit Disney series, Hannah Montana.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Though Miley Cyrus always insisted that she and Nick Jonas were "just friends," the Hannah Montana star is finally coming forward with the truth about their relationship. In the September issue of Seventeen, the 15-year-old pop singer says, "We became boyfriend and girlfriend the day we met. He was on a quest to meet me, and he was like, 'I think you're beautiful and I really like you.' And I was like, 'Oh, my gosh, I like you so much.'" Miley continues, "Nick and I loved each other. We still do, but we were in love with each other. For two years he was basically my 24/7."

The couple broke up in late 2007, and Cyrus tells the magazine, "At first I bawled for a month straight. I was so sad. I just went into this weird funk. And I dyed my hair black. When we were dating, Nick wanted me to get highlights – and so I did that, and I got myself looking great. And then, on the day we broke up, I was like, I want to make my hair black now – I don't want to look pretty; I want to look hard-core. I was rebelling against everything Nick wanted me to be. And then I was like, I've got to be by myself for now, and just figure out who I really am. Since [the breakup], I've realized that I've met so many great guys, but I like being the girl nobody can have. No one can touch me, no one's mine. I'm myself. LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - When it comes to musical collaborations, this is probably one of the biggest ones in the last decade. Mariah Carey, Beyonce, Mary J. All of the song's sales will be donated to cancer research.

What's even more impressive is that all 15 singers will share the stage to perform the song live on September 5 during the "Stand Up to Cancer" television special, which will air on ABC, NBC and CBS.

Other stars to appear in the special include Christina Applegate (who just recently went public with her own cancer battle), Jennifer Aniston, Charlize Theron, Lance Armstrong, Katie Couric, Sally Field, Salma Hayek, Meryl Streep, Forest Whitaker and Reese Witherspoon.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Miley Cyrus is set to star in an upcoming film for Disney, "Daily Variety" is reporting. Author Nicholas Sparks is writing the role specifically for the "Hannah Montana" star.

The project was reportedly sparked by a meeting between Disney excutetives and Cyrus about how to help her transition into more adult roles. Cyrus cited "A Walk to Remember" staring Mandy Moore as an example of how she would like to make the transition away from her teen-pop persona. Similarly, this one would feature Cyrus acting, but not singing.

The author responded with a premise for a novel and film about family and romance.

Details about the story have not been revealed, but Sparks hopes to finishthe book and the screenplay by next fall.

Cyrus told Us, "I am fully committed to 'Hannah Montana.' It's what gave me this amazing opportunity to reach out out so many people."

She adds, "I'm really excited about our new season. We are making great new episodes that I can't wait for our fans to see and I'm looking forward to the 'Hannah Montana' move that will be out in spring."

Internet sites published stories claiming Miley and her father, Billy Ray Cyrus, have been causing problems on the set of the Disney channel series by showing up late for work and trying to provoke excutives to fire them.

A Spokesperson for Disney Channel denied any problems on the "Hannah Montana" set.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - "Sex and the City" author Candace Bushnell says Miley Cyrus would be her choice to play Carrie Bradshaw as a teenager, "Access Hollywood "reports.

Bushnell is planning a new "Sex and the City" book that will tell the story of narrator Carrie Bradshaw's teenage years.

The author suggested Cyrus when asked who should play young 'Carrie' if an adaptation of the new book is produced.

Miley has said in the past that she would be interested in a similar role.

"I'd love to do a younger, cleaner version of 'Sex and the City,' the Hannah Montana star told "TV Guide."

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Miley Cyrus celebrated her 16th Birthday by closing down Disneyland for a spectacular party with nearly five thousand people in attendance.
As part of their new "What Will You Celebrate?" ad campaign, Disney threw the "Hannah Montana" star an early birthday party Sunday night, attended by friends, family, celebrities like David Archuleta, Steve Carrell and Jennie Garth. Tickets were available for the event and those willing to pay $250 got to see Miley perform 4 songs, a few of which took place aboard a boat on the "Rivers of America", according to the AP.
Even though Miley's actual birthday isn't until November 23rd, her parents bought her a puppy as an early b-day present.
When asked what he got Miley for her birthday, "American Idol" runner-up David Archuleta said, "I don't know what you'd be able to get her! She looks like she's doing pretty well."

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - An internet hacker who posted racy photos of Miley Cyrus has been found by the FBI, according to Reuters.

Josh Holly, who goes by the screen name "TrainReq," boasted of stealing the photos from Cyrus' email account and bragged that we would never be caught.

But Holly told Wired.com that the FBI raided his home in Murfreesboro, Tennessee on Monday, taking 3 computers and a cell phone. He was not arrested and has not been charged with a crime.

"I was just kind of shaking. I was thrown way off guard," he told Wired.com. "I guess somebody ended up ratting me out."

Holly hacked Cyrus' email account last December, and found pictures of the 15-year-old actress with a bare midriff and blowing kisses that were reportedly sent to singer Nick Jonas of the Jonas Brothers.

Cyrus publicly apologized for the photos, calling them "silly, inappropriate shots."

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Miley Cyrus' 20-year-old boyfriend, model Justin Gaston, will be appearing in ads for Just Cavalli by Roberto Cavalli, Gaston's agent tells X17online.

The ads, which also feature supermodel Kate Moss, were shot recently at a house in the Hollywood Hills.

"The photographers had previously shot Justin for the worldwide Armani Jeans campaign a couple months ago and wanted to use him again for this," said Gaston's Agent.

The ads will begin appearing in magazines next Spring.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Justin Gaston, Miley Cyrus' 20-year-old model boyfriend, played the role of Prince Charming for Taylor Swift's elaborate performance of "Love Song" at the Country Music Awards.

It's the same role he portrays in the music video for the song.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Miley Cyrus, the Jonas Brothers and Demi Lovato have signed on to play at a Kids' Inaugural concert Monday in Washington DC, the Presidential Inaugural Committee announced.

The President-elect's daughters, Malia and Sasha, are reportedly big fans of Cyrus and her Disney channel series "Hannah Montana."

The "Kids' Inaugural: We Are the Future" concert will honor military families and air Monday night, Jan. 19, on the Disney Channel.

"We are bringing these exciting performances into the homes of millions of Americans to make this the most open and accessible inauguration celebration ever," Emmett Beliveau, executive director of the inaugural committee, told the Associated Press.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Soon-to-be First Daughters Malia and Sasha Obama were in attendance at a special "Kid's Inaugural" concert in Washington DC on Monday night.

Miley Cyrus, The Jonas Brothers, Demi Lovato performed at the "Kids' Inaugural: We Are the Future" concert at the Lincoln Memorial.

Jamie Foxx sang "America The Beautiful," and stars such as Rosario Dawson and Lucy Liu spoke to the crowd, while Usher recited excerpts from Martin Luther King's "I Have a Dream" speech.

The Jonas Brothers wrapped up the night by performing "Lovebug," "Tonight," and "Burnin' Up" during which they invited Sasha and Malia Obama onstage.

"What an amazing show. You kids are the future of this great nation. At this moment in our nation's history, we wanted you to be able to join in this celebration," Michelle Obama told the crowd.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Disney star Miley Cyrus is being criticized for a photograph circulating on the internet that shows the 16-year-old singer apparently mocking asians.

In the picture, Miley, along with boyfriend Justin Gaston and a group of other friends are seen squinting and pulling the corners of their eyes into a slant.

The Organization of Chinese Americans denounced the picture in a statement on their website.

"Not only has Miley Cyrus and the other individuals in the photograph encouraged and legitimized the taunting and mocking of people of Asian descent, she has also insulted her many Asian Pacific American fans," said George Wu, executive director of OCA.

"The inclusion of an Asian Pacific American individual in the photo does not make it acceptable."

"OCA hopes that Miley Cyrus will apologize to her fans and the APA community for this lapse in judgment and takes the opportunity to better understand why the gesture is offensive."

So far Cyrus has not commented on the photo.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Miley Cyrus says the picture of her and a group of friends making faces that appear to mock Asians was taken "out of context."

On her official fan website, Cyrus says she and her friends were simply making "goofy faces."

"In NO way was I making fun of any ethnicity! I was simply making a goofy
face. When did that become newsworthy? It seems someone is trying to make something out of nothing to me. If that would of been anyone else, it would of been overlooked! I definitely feel like the press is trying to make me out as the new 'BAD GIRL'!" Cyrus writes.

Members of the Asian American community had demanded the Disney star apologize for the photo, which some said was racist.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Miley Cyrus is offering a more heartfelt apology following the controversy surrounding a photograph of the Disney star making a face that some felt made fun of asians.

On her official website Cyrus wrote, "I want to thank all of my fans for their support not only this week, but always! I really wanted to stress how sorry I am if the photo of me with my friends offended anyone."

"I have learned a valuable lesson from this and know that sometime my actions can be unintentionally hurtful. I know everything is a part of GODs ultimate plan, and mistakes happen so that eventually I will become the woman he aspires me to be," Cyrus wrote.

Asian-American groups had criticized the teen star for not apologizing for the photo.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - In what's being called her first "grown up" interview with Glamour, 16-year-old Miley Cyrus talks about growing up in the Hollywood spotlight, dating an older man, and the pitfalls of celebrity.

First off, Miley finally admits that she and 20-year-old underwear model Justin Gaston are "more than friends." She says her fans accept the age difference and that she "loves him so much she [doesn't] really care."

Miley also says that it's easy for celebrity kids to end up heading down the wrong path. For example, she says she was given a bottle of vodka in a gift bag when she was only 12-years-old. Miley says the usual rules don't apply to young stars, but just don't expect to see pictures of her out clubbing like Lindsay or Britney.

"I think that’s what’s messed up so many people. I feel like the rules are the rules, you know? If you’re not 21, you don’t get into a bar. You don’t go to clubs. In this business you see so many people who are told yes all the time, and if someone says no, they get all upset. They look to their publicist, manager or agent for approval, rather than their parents," Miley says.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Miley Cyrus will team up with the Jonas Brothers for what is being described as a "Disney 'We Are The World'" recording.

According to E! News, they'll be part of an all-star recording session for a song called "Pass It On"—a track an inside source calls "Disney's version of 'We Are the World.' It's about kindness and passing it on."

Cyrus and Nick Jonas once dated, but don't expect any drama in the recording studio.

"We don't hate each other," Cyrus told E! News' Ryan Seacrest on Friday. "We really love each other. He's really cool, and I'm happy we've been able to stay friends.

The Disney stars arrived at the Village Idiot restaurant in Nick's classic Ford Mustang.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Miley Cyrus' compassion for animals has earned her recognition from People For the Ethical Treatment of Animals.

The animal rights group has commended the Disney darling for "taking pity on chickens who were used on the set of her new film Hannah Montana; The Movie."

Apparently, Miley became so attached to one of the chickens on the set that she decided to take the bird home because she "thought the bird was adorable and needed saving." Miley's mom Trish also brought home a few of the birds.

"Miley's heart is as big as her smile," says Dan Shannon, PETA's assistant director of Youth Outreach and Campaigns. "We hope that her act of compassion will inspire her fans to be kind to animals too."

Miley and her dad, Billy Ray, were also recognized for helping reunite a lost dog with its owner last year.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Miley Cyrus is sparking a new round of controversy, this time over her choice of head wear.

The Disney darling was spotted wearing a pink baseball cap with "Jesus Christ" written in a Coca-Cola style script across the front.

While Miley has made no secret of her strong belief in Christianity, some Christians say the hat is in bad taste and it "commercializes religion."

"It's tacky and disrespectful," a commenter told X17online.

But others don't see anything wrong with Miley's hat. "We have freedom to express ourselves, even if Hollywood doesn't agree," said one Miley fan.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Would you wear the Miley Cyrus label?

Wal-Mart Stores Inc. says it will launch a line of clothing for young women created by the Disney princess and fashion designer Max Azria, this August.

The line will consist of reasonably priced knit tops, pants and graphic T-shirts that will reflect "her young woman rocker sensibility," said John Fleming, chief merchandise officer for Wal-Mart.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Friends close to Miley Cyrus say she has ended her relationship with 20-year-old underwear model Justin Gaston.

Miley reportedly delivered the news as she left Los Angeles to spend next two months in Savannah, Georgia filming "The Last Song."

The former couple's Twitter accounts seem to confirm the split.

"How many tears are in there? They've gotta run out soon right?" Justin posted, along with, "I almost fell asleep. I think I did for like 10 seconds, Obviously didn't work out."

"Why does saying good-bye hurt so much?" Miley tweeted. "Daddy's giving me therapy. this is worth 10000000 dollars."

While no official word has come from the former couple, Justin was spotted looking upset outside at Starbucks on Monday morning.

Friends say that Miley's relationship with former boyfriend Nick Jonas may be part of the reason for the split, but it's not clear if the Jonas brother and Cyrus have officially resumed their relationship.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - X17online can confirm that after spending the summer playing the field, Miley Cyrus and The Last Song co-star Liam Hemsworth are definitely a couple.

We first reported that the onscreen couple were hooking up off-screen back in June when we spotted them getting wet and wild in Georgia, but Miley's behavior last night proved that she was done playing the field and ready to make Liam her one and only.

The couple caught a midnight show of the rom-com All About Steve at Universal City Walk last night and didn't get out until after 2:30 in the morning - which is way past Miley's normal curfew (and any 16-year-old's curfew)! Not only is staying out this late totally out of the ordinary for Miley, but it's also unusual to see her out so late without mom! But they weren't completely alone - the couple was chaperoned by Miley's sister and her sister's friend, but there's no denying that this was a date. Miley even tried to sex-up her sweats for the night, letting a sexy bra peek out from under her low-cut tank top.

"They were definitely together," says an X17 photog on the scene. "She looked so excited to be reunited with him, they were walking close and holding hands when they thought no one could see them. They were being really cute, like the couple of teenagers they are!"

After the movie, the couple headed back to Miley's house.

Miley and Liam had been trying to keep their relationship under wraps while Miley broke the news to her ex-boyfriends, whom she had been seeing on and off throughout the summer, but now that the secret's out, we can expect to see more of this cute couple out and about in LA.

Cyrus, who drew criticism for dating a much older man (ex-boyfriend Justin Gaston who was 20 at the time they were together), posing in a controversial pic said to be mocking Asians, and performing what was compared to a pole dance at the Teen Choice Awards, was awarded a whopping 42%.

Miley beat out Britney Spears, whose series of wardrobe malfunctions and crazy behavior gave way to a successful comeback (27%), Kanye West (19%), who stormed the stage of the VMAs to wrestle the mic away from moon man winner Taylor Swift, Vanessa Hudgens (9%), another Disney star whose series of X-rated candid pix leaked onto the internet to shatter her good girl image, and Shia LeBeouf (3%), the Transformers star who talks inappropriately about his mother and got into an accident which was original thought to be a DUI but later cleared.

Cyrus was also voted 4th in the Favorite Female Artist category.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - While the rest of us were drooling over photos of Robstener at the LA premiere of New Moon, Miley Cyrus was busy telling Cleveland radio station Q92 that "I don't want anything to do with it!"

When an interviewer asked her what she thought of the Twilight mania, Cyrus responded, I've never seen it and nor will I ever." Cyrus continued, "I don't believe in it. I don't like vampires. ... I don't like the wolf that pops out of the screen when I'm watching my TV at night. I don't like it. I don't want anything to do with it. I don't like the shirts. I don't like any of it," the popstar said emphatically.

Harsh words considering she's set to work with Twilight's producers on a new fantasy film called Wings, which is somewhat like Twilight, but with fairies!

But I bet the Twilovers aren't too put off by Miley's comments. It's not like they've ever seen an episode of Hannah Montana either!

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA (X17online) - The Last Song starring Miley Cyrus and her real-life boyfriend Liam Hemsworth has performed well since its Wednesday launch, bringing in over $9 million.

After making over $5 million on opening day, the Disney flick had brought in an additional 4.2 millon by Thursday.

The PG-rated romantic drama will have stiff competition over the weekend thanks to Warner Bros.' 3D action fantasy Clash of the Titans. Titans is expected to bring in over $60 million through the weekend.

Looks like it's going to be a box office fight to the finish.

LONDON, UK (X17online) - Miley Cyrus has cancelled her appearance at the UK premiere for The Last Song due to the eruption of Iceland's Eyjafjallajokull volcano. With the massive volcano erupting, ash has fallen over the area forcing the closure of the surrounding air space.

Cyrus and her co-star boyfriend Liam Hemsworth were going to debut the movie at the Empire Cinema in London's Leicester Square on Tuesday, but were unable to catch a flight into Britain.

Ticket holders for the premiere will still be able to attend with all proceeds being donated to the Great Ormond Street Children's charity.

Several UK premieres scheduled for next week are most likely going to be affected, as well, including Iron Man 2 and The Joneses.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Ashley Greene will be joining Miley Cyrus and Demi Moore on the big screen. The Twilight actress has signed on to star in the upcoming LOL ... a remake of a French comedy.

The movie revolves around Cyrus' teenage character who is going through a bad breakup. At the same time, her divorcee mom, played by Demi Moore, has a hard time moving on with her life.

Greene will be playing a high school bad girl. Douglas Booth will be playing Miley's love interest in the film.

LOL is expected to hit theaters in summer 2011.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Billy Ray Cyrus has announced plans to write a memoir.

The country singer and father of Miley Cyrus will publish Hillbilly Heart with Amazon Publishing in hardcover and eBook editions.

Cyrus’ memoir will span his lifetime, from his childhood to stardom to parenting a teen superstar.

“This is my chance to set the record straight,” Cyrus said in a statement. “I realized that over the years that there have been untruths and misconceptions about me, my music, my life, my family and our dreams. I’m going to lay out the facts starting from August 25th, 1961 and work my way to the present, even if it stings a little.”

Hillbilly Heart is due to be released in spring 2013.
