LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Actress Sienna Miller is suing two British tabloids for publishing topless photos of her vacationing in Italy with Balthazar Getty. According to E! Online, Miller's law firm, Carter-Ruck, has served breach-of-privacy papers to News of the World, The Sun and the photo agency Big Pictures.

This isn't the first time Miller has taken legal action over illicit photos. Back in December of 2007, the 26-year-old actress sued the same newspapers for invasion of privacy after they published nude photos of her on the set of her upcoming film, Hippie Hippie Shake. Miller was awarded over $75,000 from both newspapers, which was one of the largest settlements of its kind in U.K. legal history.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Sienna Miller will be paid $79,000 by a photo agency she accused of harassing her, the Associated Press reports.

Under the terms of the settlement, the photo agency promised not to photograph the actress or her family at her London home.

The firm also pledged not to pursue her in office buildings not open to the public where she has "a reasonable expectation of privacy."

Miller, 26, sued Big Pictures UK Limited, claiming the company was making her life "intolerable" and causing her "substantial harm, fear and enormous distress."

Miller had previously reached settlement agreements with two British tabloids.
