LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Disney star Vanessa Hudgens' former producer/manager Johnny Viera is suing her for $5 million, according to Fox News.

Viera claims that when he began representing Hudgens, the two entered a financial agreement to go 50/50 on her earnings. After the huge success of High School Musical, Viera claims Hudgens let him go, and though they agreed on a settlement, she hasn't been paying.

Vanessa's father, Greg Hudgens says Viera has a “predatory nature” and that he has been trying to set up a Web site to stop more “unsuspecting talent” from falling into his trap.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Vannessa Hudgens is reportedly being considered for the role of Leah Clearwater in the "Twilight" sequel, "New Moon."

According to MTV.com, "Twilight" actress Ashley Green confirmed that Vanessa has auditioned with producers for the role of the Jacob's werewolf love interest.

The "High School Musical Star" star seems to have the approval of at least one of the cast members..

"I think she'd be great," Green told MTV.

There's been no comment from the producers about Hudgens possible joining the cast of "New Moon."

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - A source close to Vanessa Hudgens tells X17online the new nude photos that surfaced recently on the internet are the young actress but that they are old.

The source claims the pictures are from the same group that was leaked several years ago. It's not who leaked the pictures.

Back when the first round of pictures popped up in September of 2007, the Disney star issued the following statement: "I want to apologize to my fans, whose support and trust means the world to me. I am embarrassed over this situation and regret having ever taken these photos."

It's unlikely Hudgens will comment on the newly leaked photos.

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Dean Cook's joke about the nude pictures of Vanessa Hudgens that recently re-surfaced on the internet was cut-out of Monday night's broadcast on Fox.

During the taping Cook singled out Vanessa on stage.

"Girl you gots to keep your clothes! Phones are for phone calls, girl!" Cook joked.

Hudgens seemed to smile uncomfortably as Cook discussed the pictures which the Disney actress has previously apologized and said she was "embarrassed over the situation."

Cook said he decided to mention Hudgens at the last minute.

"That's the best part about being a comic when you go, 'Maybe I can say the thing that everybody is kind of feeling and nobody is saying,' So I'll take it, I'll take the hit," Cook told Access Hollywood.
