President Obama announced last night that Osama bin Laden was killed, and celebrities are expressing their feelings via Twitter.

Katy Perry tweets:

"America! F**k yeah! Here to save the motherf**kin' day, yeah! Does anyone else find it strange that this is announced on May Day? I am relieved in some ways, but have a feeling of uncertainty now. I believe in justice, but don't you think that an eye for an eye will make the world blind?"

Lindsay Lohan kept it simple with the following:

    "Go USA!"

Paris Hilton tweets:

"Just landed back in L.A., so happy to hear the news of Osama bin Laden's death. He was the face of terrorism and such an evil man. The world is a much better place with him not in it."

In his speech last night from the White House, President Obama said, "His demise should be welcomed by all who believe in peace and human dignity. The American people did not choose this fight. It came to our shores, and started with the senseless slaughter of our citizens. After nearly 10 years of service, struggle, and sacrifice, we know well the costs of war."

Bin Laden is believed to be behind the 9/11 attacks in New York back in 2001. Obama added, “Justice has been done."

Oprah Winfrey pre-taped a show with President Obama and the First Lady that will air today. The talk show host tweeted the following:

"Trying to decide what to do about tomorrow's show with [Obama] that was taped last week. War is definitely not over."

We'll see what she decides. Jack Osbourne is in disbelief that bin Laden is dead. Read his skeptical tweet ... after the jump.
