These lovebirds just found an amazing nest! Mary-Kate Olsen's boyfriend Olivier Sarkozy just snapped up a stunning $6.5 million NYC townhouse in the East Village, and rumor has it he intends on sharing the historic pad with his famous girlfriend!
The pair reportedly like the space because, at 146-years-old, it has lots of character and old world charm. The home was built the same year Lincoln took office! The place is five stories and located in St. Mark's District.
Boasting an impressive 4,200 square-feet, the house comes complete with nine fireplaces, a Juliet balcony, and a spacious rear garden. Sarkozy is said to have paid the full asking price.
The only stipulation to owning the historic property? They are allowed to decorate however they want inside, but the outside of the house must remain in tact.
