Kimora Lee Simmons And Djimon Hounsou Separate

Another one bites the dust! Kimora Lee Simmons is single once again after splitting with partner Djimon Hounsou. The couple were together for more than five years and share son Kenzo, 3.
"Djimon Hounsou and Kimora Lee Simmons have officially separated after 5+ years together," the actor's rep confirmed to X17online.
"There have been quite a few hurtful rumors circulating. The truth is Djimon and I have been separated for some time. We have remained happy, loving, co-parenting friends and family. We all have much to be thankful for," Simmons wrote on her Twitter page Wednesday.
The pair began dating in 2007 after the model's breakup with rap mogul Russell Simmons. Although the Too Fab creative director said at the time they were "kind of" engaged, she never made it down the aisle with her Amistad beau.
No further details have been released at this time.
