Of course a Kardashian wouldn't give away such a valuable photo for free!

On Saturday Khloe Kardashian posted the above snapshot of her sister Kim on Facebook, and while most media outlets (including us!) were fooled into thinking that this was the first post-baby picture of the reality TV starlet, it's actually a re-post from April!

Several months ago Khloe uploaded the same shot to Instagram and wrote, "Sleeping beauties," and on this one she said, "I love my lil baby so much..." but we highly doubt she forgot when the pic was taken.

Seems like Khloe is is having fun pranking the press!
