Amber Heard was crying as she left a courthouse in downtown Los Angeles following a morning hearing for a restraining order petition against estranged husband Johnny Depp. The order was granted.

The actress, 30, accuses Depp, 52, of physical violence and has a visible bruise around her right eye which, her lawyer claims, is evidence of physical violence by the Pirates of the Caribbean actor. Heard filed for divorce on Wednesday and is seeking spousal support.

UPDATE - - Heard says Depp attacked her two days before her divorce filing, hitting her with a cell phone and pulling her hair while screaming, on Saturday night, according to a People magazine report. "During the entirety of our relationship, Johnny has been verbally and physically abusive to me," Heard's court documents claim. Meanwhile, Depp's attorneys say Heard is just trying to expedite the divorce and award for spousal support.
